I would give 0 if that was an option. Total fraud, she might be a good doctor but she is total fraud as far as billing is concerned. - doctor asked if baby is sleeping through night or not and doctor gave her opinion .. charged for that. We went for my wife's annual and we were charged for her giving opinion about our baby ...she asked few more questions and charged us for that, even though it was free annual exam she billed it for consultation. And when we confronted her, her office stopped responding and didn't share lab results that we were awaiting.....

Dr. Medley is very patient and compassionate person. She gives 100% attention to the individual and answer all queries . During my visit, she made me feel relax and got me in my comfort zone that helped me speak my mind and got all questions answered.

I have a very bad experience with the front office, my appointment was at 2:30 PM and I met the doctor at 3:20 PM, after meeting the Doctor when i asked the front office staff for my medicine prescription , they said that it is send to the pharmacy, when I told them that I did not gave any pharmacy details, again I need to wait another 30 mins to get my prescription in writing. Very bad service, I will not recomment

Hi have being going to Dr. Medley since I was young child and I am 37 years old now. Dr. Medley is a great doctor and I wouldn't trust anybody else. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring . She is also our family doctor.

From my first call to inquire about appointments,my experience with both Dr.Medley and her office have been overwhelmingly positive. You can discern she has a busy office,but it's no mystery as she is wonderful.Yet,I've never had to wait long for an appointment.The office staff has me back waiting for her in minutes. Dr.Medley is warm, patient and compassionate.When you speak to her you have her full attention.She is solutions focused and informative.I feel comfortable asking questions and have always had any inquiries addressed. I am so grateful I found her. If you are looking for a no nonsense doctor with a friendly and efficient office....You should make an appointment.

She was extremely sarcastic.made rude comments and talked about things that were extremely irrelavant.she does make some nice and funny comments.the other staff are nice,sweet and patient but the doctor did not seem to have any respect for me or my conditions.i would be very careful about choosing to go to her and for what reason.she was very unprofessional.the wait was 30 minutes at the longest for the pass 3 times I have went to her.she did not have most of her information together for my record and kept asking me the same exact questions that she asked the last few visits before.the also called me in for one appointment and when I came in to there request she came in with a rude tone of voice and asked why I was there.they really wasted my time.she even discontinued medications that were prescribed my my neurologist and that were medications that helped me function throughout the day.

I started seeing Dr. Medley in 2003 and she was my primary care physician in 2016 when I discovered I had cancer. She continued to see me while I was undergoing chemo and radiation therapy. She and her staff were so kind to my husband and myself during this trying time. We never felt hurried or rushed. As soon as I was able to start seeing her again for all my care, I made my appointment and got back to her. As before, her staff is kind, yet professional, and Dr. Medley is just the same-very professional, as well as very kind and compassionate. I was a nurse for over 40 years and I worked for a HMO as a clinic-based triage nurse, so I feel as though I have a good idea about how an office should work and Dr. Medley's office works that way. Thanks to Dr. Medley and her staff for everything!
