Company Description

Opening Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar and Tapas restaurant was a passion of Chef Angelo Elia for more than eight years. While Casa D’ Angelo has been a place for him to showcase his depth of Italian technique, he wanted to create a restaurant that felt more like simple Italy he visits year after year where ingredients are at the forefront. A place where you could come and sit and pick at food as you want with friends. But it didn’t come that easy.

I loved Angelo Elia, I always have a hard time finding good Italian food in Doral and finally found it! I ate the delicious Lasagna, Tiramisu, and Margharita pizza. The service was incredible and they have the coolest mixology!

Sorry , I went there with the hopes and admirations of finding a regular place in Doral , I went with a small party of four on a Thursday evening. First we were told there was no pizza ... fine ... we were seated outside , the breeze was perfect but the waiter ruined the entire time . I ask for house wine and tells me I must buy by the bottle ... I ask what? He says Peroni is by the bottle ?what? Peroni is beer .. not wine .. he spoke so low I could not hear him ... I did not understand a word he spoke ... The Salmon Berries were good , well ok.. salmon was charred ... you should never let salmon sit on the grill charring the fish meat.... the risotto with seafood was fiery hot with spice , and he comes the waiter I cannot understand reaching over me to provide wine to others .. come on... sorry ... killed me evening . Not worth the 200 bucks ... would rather waste it on beer .. sorry worst place in a long time !

Angelo Elia is situated in the shopping center of City Place Doral and offers traditional Italian fare. There you’ll find pastas, salads, wood-fired pizza, paninis and a selection of wines and alcoholic drinks. It’s a roomy place featuring an outdoor area well balanced out by an extensive bar meant for enjoying happy hours. Angelo boasts several branch restaurants in Broward County north of Miami.

Angelos was the best Italian I ever had. I recommend this place to any Italian food lover. I tried out their classical Angelos Pizza and it was awesome! I took a box home so my brother could try it, he loved it as well! The desserts also were really good, unique tastes.

I am so glad I gave this restaurant a second chance. The lasagna was the best lasagna in town. Everyone in the restaurant was so attentive and kind. I even got to meet the chef and the general manager and their dedication for the food shows. Will absolutely come back, probably for happy hour!

Above average Italian style restaurant, missed last star because the pasta is not "homemade" but still has a delicious flavor. Waiter Christan was friendly thus providing a welcoming service. I'll definitely be back!!! Please hit LIKE. Thx!!!

Great food, extremely poor service (Otherwise I would have given it an extra star). Enjoyed the salad along with the pizza (Cheese was amazing) but the service needs a lot of help. One should never wait for water, but at this place be prepared to wait, because the servers are far and few in between. Also, my credit card was not being read by the reader, so the server decided not to enter the numbers manually but rather bring it back to the table telling me its been declined twice (which is ridiculous). I asked the manager to run it again and GUESS WHAT... IT WORKED. The lazy server making herself busy with anything other than work is all that is wrong with the place. They have competition right across the street, so they better be on their best game otherwise BYE BYE.
