I drive by this place regularly. I went in to inquire about a balloon arrangement for my daughter's upcoming birthday party. Just as I walked into the store approaching the counter. A lady who happens to be the owner. Greeted me by asking what's up? I replied hello, and asked her about a balloon archway. She instantly asked me in an aggressive tone where at? Shocked by her demeanor. I accidentally said the wrong name of the park and she quickly replied, Oh we don't go that far in an aggressive tone. I replied okay, and left in disbelief of her attitude. I would not recommend nor suggest anyone who's looking to celebrate a joyous occasion to go here for balloons or decorations.

This is the 2nd time coming here; great staff and will help anyone out for their celebration needs. Of course you must treat other with respect and manners to achieve a successful business encounter¡! ... I encourage everyone to come by and check this establishment out.

The bouquet that Kimble created for my mother's 99th birthday was absolutely perfect and well exceeded expectations. I want to thank her for personally delivering these as I had explained there were some obstacles leading into the house that could make things difficult. First rate quality and service! Thanks again!
