Company Description
The Balloon Saloon began with my husband's birthday. I wanted to send him some bright rainbow colored balloons to both delight and surprise him and also amuse my then 1 and 3 year old kids. Balloon delivery proved hard to get. I was finding it impossible to locate a company that delivered.

The most awful customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a $100+ balloon bouquet and wanted to use a nickname for the recipient. Sharon who took my order impatiently shut me down and told me “that’s not a real name” and I had to give a first and last name????? What kind of arbitrary rule is that? The entire 10 mins I was on the phone with her she seemed eager to get off the phone ASAP and didn’t not sound interested in my business at all. Would recommend to steer clear from this business for your party needs.

Really fun place with a great selection of funny gifts. Didn't get any balloons but I plan on returning to get some gag gifts!
It’s overwhelming here. And you may have to wait. But they have EVERYTHING!! If you need party supplies this is a one stop shop. The hours are great and the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help - definitely ASK for help.

Although a bit pricey, this store knows all the balloons they have in store. I walked in just to pick up a cute little unicorn pet walking balloon but left with another beautiful rainbow one too. I asked for a rainbow and I got the brightest, and most beautiful rainbow balloon My daughter loved both!
No, it seems that you and your staff can't please most of your customers due to your rude attitude which we noticed immediately. Not to mention your exuberant price gouging. My husband and I were in your store recently and will never return ever again! Party city is my go to from now on. 1/4 of the price. BTW I'm an editor and a local reviewer of businesses for a very popular publication. Learn to treat your customers with respect being as they do in fact pay your bills.
Omg these balloons were amazing and exactly what I expected actually much better than what I expected and not too crazy in price! I'm not a fan on spending money on these types of things but it was worth the money honestly
What made the experience memorable was that I got to see Bella Hadid! Didn’t realize it was her after she left though...lol. This store is quite popular and I do recommend just stopping. they have a nice collection of balloons and gag gifts. Everything was overpriced but the store is located in Broadway so keep in mind of that. A very basic balloon was six dollars. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
We used Balloon Saloon to help create some impactful displays at our wedding this past weekend. I found their staff (particularly Tiffany) to be incredibly helpful and consultative in helping us design the right design for our event. We ended up with a large 11' partial arch and a ton of loose balloons. If I had just gone in myself, it wouldn't been super plain. Tiffany helped us to really liven up the piece with glitter balloons, various sizes, and convinced me to expand our color palette, which ended up working out beautifully! Delivery and setup was right on time and super seamless. The guy that did the setup (I forget his name unfortunately) was lovely to work with and did an incredible job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome :)
