We had Kelsie working with our 2 year old grandson to get him used to being around water and to teach all of us about water safety. We have a pool in our backyard and I was concerned that he needed to be comfortable around the pool and that we needed the basics to get him used to being in the water. Kelsie always showed up on time and was so patient with him at each class. At the first lesson, he was floating on his back like a charm. He has progressed nicely with his scooping and kicking and knowing to get to the side and climb out. He is now very aware and uses all the skills taught to him. We will be back next summer to continue on with the classes and hopefully we can have Kelsie again!!
TERRIBLE! I couldn't get an instructor for months. Now, fighting with them to get my money back for lessons never performed. Calls aren't returned when promised. I have never had such an awful experience with a company.
My Daughter can swim now and her instructor was great! Morgan Neely was very professional and worked well with my daughter! I would highly recommend her!
My girls loved their lesson with Victoria and we saw a huge improvement right away. She's great with kids and makes it fun.
I took a chance on this because of the flexibility and I'm really glad we did. Joy was so good with them and they are swimming so well now.
I have scheduled multiple sessions and had them cancelled minutes before and sometimes not even have someone show up. I attempted to get an appointment 6 different times with no success or communication. Do not use this company.
Our son was celebrating his 7th birthday and Lili Walsh did an excellent job being a lifeguard for this pool event. She was very professional and helpful. Thank you Lili for helping us keep a piece of mind. You were awesome! The Camara Family
Impossible to book paid for swim lessons and terrible customer service. I purchased lessons two years ago and the instructor was great but we did not use all the lessons that season. Last year I was wait listed the entire season and could not book any lessons and this year its more of the same. Don't make the mistake of buying too many lessons because you may not be able to use them.
Love our swim instructor, Deja but the administrative side of the house could use a little work. Have had to go back and forth with them a lot on credits showing up in my account. Often with no response for days. My 4-year old son’s swimming is definitely improving though thanks to our wonderful instructor.
My son has been taking swim lessons with Rachel in St. Petersburg for a few months. He went from being terrified to go in on his own to fully swimming by himself in such a short period of time! Rachel is an amazing instructor and my son loves her. She is very patient with him and he looks forward to seeing her every week. I highly recommend!
I cannot say enough nice things about swim instructor Autumn Blaha and the swim lessons she gave our toddler. Her take charge, knowledgeable, fun, and patient approach worked wonders, and my husband and myself even learned a few things about pool safety. We now have a confident, safe, swimming 2.5 year old, and family time in the pool or at the beach is more enjoyable for all of us. 10/10 would recommend Miss Autumn for SWFL swim lessons. We’ll do this again next summer for refresher lessons. Thanks!
