Friendly staff, absolutely helpful and provided demonstrations on certain items I was thinking of getting. Despite not having what I needed, help was good enough to warrent coming back when I will. Very friendly and professional.

Used to like this place. But after last visit won't be going back. They have a sign that says "All holsters 50% off" get to register to be told it applies to every holster but the one i want. Then cashier tries to tell me there is no such sign. Show her sign, still didn't give the discount. That's one way to lose a loyal customer.

Great store. Always helpful, kind staff. Im a big guy and they carry my clothes and shoe size. Just awesome.

Great store with a wide range of clothes for those in emergency profession's, with very helpful and earnest staff to help you find what you are looking for within a short amount of time. It's even conviently placed near public transportation for those that can't drive, and has a parking lot for those who do.

I usually buy my items from this store in person. I ordered something online on a Saturday receiving an email saying it was being fulfilled. With no further updates I contacted the company on Tuesday receiving no response. I canceled my items. Don't buy anything from this company online buy it at the store.

Very rude by one of the sales person, I was looking for a pair of boots for my job. I told her I was just trying to see what's the right shoes for me. Prices are ok but customer service needs work

I took my sons into this store to look for backpacks for Xmas. We looked at the backpacks , then the boyscout books and other survival gear. This was supposed to be a nice bonding trip with my kids. Well the old lady with her hat pulled down over her face came up and said to me and my sons “ This isn’t a toy store” and walked away saying something under her breath. I told my boys to come along we’re leaving and said to the lady ‘We aren’t buying anything here after that nasty comment’. She instantly came back and said “ you weren’t buying anything anyway” . Keep in mind I have two small boys with me. I went back into the store and told her she’s disrespectful. She then said ‘ kids shouldn’t be in here look at the store’. They are selling boyscout gear and army toys !!!! I’ve bought from this store in the past but will NEVER go in this store again. If I could give this place a lower ranking I would but the lowest is a 1. This whole experience made my kids feel bad , like they did something wrong which they didn’t . The woman needs a new job and if it’s her business she should sell it. I went directly from that store to Outdoor World and spent $150 on gear.
