DON'T DO IT! I purchased a small backpack for $38. It broke in less than two weeks. The owner refused to take responsibility or replace the item. I will not return.

I have used Stitch by Stitch as far back as 2008. They have done exceptional work for me. My only issue is like what others said about pricing. It could vary at times. But for the most part, the price isn't too bad considering the convenience. From shirts, baby stuff, tree skirt...they have done a great job for me. The customer service & turnaround time have also very good. I would recommend them.

Such a great experience. I needed something quickly for my Son, and they digitized the file and cranked it out the same day, while I waited. Quality was awesome, but more importantly they were willing to help, pleasant and eager to get what I very much needed; done. - Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic place for Monograms! I’ve been coming here since I found out I was pregnant and they have been very patient and helpful with all my ideas... so far I’ve come here about eight times already and have been very satisfied with every purchase.

I referred here by another store and I can tell you I had a great customer experience. They were friendly, helpful and choose the right Lettering and colors for my custom Nike Backpack that I needed done. They had them done within 2 hours. At pick up, I decided to add more lettering to the bags and they were more than happy to assist me and even did it within 1 hour (at Christmas time). So, for people providing the review, that say they were rude to them, give them another try. Their work speaks volumes and remember whatever attitude you give to them, 99.9% you will get the same back. Thank you so much for making my experience a GREAT one and I will be back to get my YETI Coffee cup done! :) :) :)

Very professional and has nice new machines. Got my order perfect for my business and done within 2 days. Its surprisingly difficult to find a good place that can do shirts well and consistent for a great price. Ask for Sal. Definitely will return.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE They messed-up my order despite writing it down and having me sign for approval. But to add insult to injury, they offered me $30 back when I paid $110 for service/goods. The other option was the refund the order and pay for my items. However, I explained that my items are no longer available for repurchase. So I can not buy them to be re-embroidered. 😡😡😡 They would not give any other offer not refund the total amount of the service for wrong job and half done service. Now after seeing my review the owner refuses to conduct business with me. Please see my video on Facebook!
