0 stars. THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE. None of their employees know what they are doing. Went through 6 different associates and none of them did anything for my family and i. I constantly had to call multiple times a day. Such a headache. BUD DOESN'T DO HIS JOB, HE GETS ALL YOUR INFORMARION SS# EVERYTHING AND NEVER CONTACTS YOU AHAIN. DEBBY NEVER WORKS NEVER IN THE OFFICE, CHAD DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING AND JUST TRANSFERS YOU TO OTHER PEOPLE. YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CONTINUE TO GIVE YOUR INFORMATION CAUSE NO ONE USES A SYSTEM. THE GUY WHO WE TEST DROVE WITH COULDN'T EVEN DRIVE THE CAR HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW! LORI THE MANAGER IS BY FAR THE WORST SHE IS RUDE AND DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT VEHICLES. MY HUSBAND KNOWS ABOUT CARS (QUITE A BIT!!!) AND INFORMED THEM THAT THE CAR WE WERE LOOKING AT NEEDED A NEW CLUTCH AND HAD A ROD KNOCK AND SHE PRETTY MUCH TOLD US WE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING. THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I WILL BE GOING TO THE BBB ABOUT THIS PLACE. POOR SERVICE, TERRIBLE BUSINESSES, EMPLOYEES ARE SKETCHY, RUDE THE WORST!!!!!!
More laid back than regular car dealers.
Kept asking on more info. Didn't go threw vehicle I purchase, followed me to insurance co I have, still waiting on my temporary tags, never coming back

Friendly and, knowledgeable staff. Bought a car from them this past Sun and was a good experience; they asked what my wife and I were looking for, we also told them what we wanted to pay a month and Jared gave us options that fit our criteria. No pressure or sales pitches, just listened to what we were looking for and after a night of sleeping on it left with a car we love!
Bought a 1976 Fiat Spider from Automax about a year ago. I wanted to hold off giving a review since my vehicle was already old, I didn’t want to praise something that might end up being a piece of junk. But it still runs great and is a fun head turner. The staff at Automax was really friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman had a sense of humor and didn’t mind when I was picking on him. I walked out feeling I made a great purchase at a price lower than I expected. Since the price of the vehicle was already near what I wanted to pay, there was no awkward haggling. Yet, they threw in an incentive and made it even lower. Hopefully they weren’t just trying to pawn it off on me. But since it’s still running and fun to drive, I bet it was on their lot a while. If I ever need another car, I’d definitely go back and get it from them.
Best car deal of my life. Bought the car for a present to the wife. Guy gives me a huge red BOW for the car, Paid for a tint job and came down a bunch on the price. Go See JEREMY
