Just finished the French Macaron class. Pascal made the lesson easy to understand and the result was fabulous. Take her classes. You won't regret it.

Fantastic summer camp! My daughter loved it and I hope we can do more; as well as kid and parent classes, adult classes and kid classes. Pascal is a wonderful baker, artist and person!

Chef Pascal has not only a gift for stellar baking, but also for creating a special place for students to feel comfortable and confident in their work. So grateful!!

Great camps! Kids really learn to bake & bring home delicious things every day! It's also nice that it's not too big/not too many kids, which we appreciated.

My husband brought home a tin of your Christmas cookies that his bosses gave him yesterday, and I'm blown away by their deliciousness and beauty. I am having to exercise every bit of will power not to eat the entire tin myself.

My 8 YO daughter has attended baking camps before, but they failed to match the unique vibe created by Chef Pascal. Not only did my child look forward to going each day, but she produced some amazing treats. Today was the last day of the mini baking camp and on the ride home my daughter was already asking when she can attend another camp at Bake Austin. Thank you, Pascal, for starting our summer off with a win!

My daughter had her 14th birthday yesterday and had asked for decorating classes. We did a cupcake decorating class with her friends and everyone seemed to really enjoy it, even the couple of boys in attendance! Pascal did an amazing job dealing with the room of mostly teenagers and helped the kids create some really unique cupcakes. This is definitely a birthday to remember my oldest and we are now trying to figure out how to get both kiddos to more classes because they had so much fun! Thank you Pascal for an awesome and sweet afternoon yesterday!

Had my daughters 11th birthday party at Bake Austin today. We did a cupcake wars party and it was an awesome time for my daughter and her friends. Pascal was amazing. She was incredible with the kids and the kids were amazing in their design and teamwork. I highly recommend Bake Austin! Thank you Pascal!
