I walked into Bel Fiore with the expectation to look around, and a strong doubt that I would find a dress because I am so picky. I was happily greeted at the door, and after some conversation I was convinced to try on a few dresses because most girls leave with something they did not expect to fall in love with. So I did just that. Jessica, my consultant, was amazing! It seemed she knew me better than I know myself! About 10 dresses later I found the perfect one. And it is the exact opposite of what I had planned, and I am oh so glad. To say Bel Fiore Bridal is amazing is an understatement. They made my day so much more special than I had even hoped for.
DANIEL is amazing!!! He is kind, considerate and attentive. He made me feel so comfortable & didn’t pressure me. I love his attitude. I wish I could take him shopping with me everywhere!
I’m so happy that went to Bel Fiore. They were so welcoming I love that they had an area just for me. My consultant was the best. She took time out to understand what I was looking for she made me feel so comfortable. She did not rush me like other places. And of course we found my dress!!!! So ladies if your shopping for that special dress Bel Fiore Bridal is the place. Also the have bridesmaids dresses and tuxedo special!! So don’t even waste your time going to other places. Absolutely horrid experience with my bridesmaids! Specifically, taking incorrect measurements (2 inches difference for two girls, 10 inches/6 dress sizes too big for another) and then instead of making it right or even admitting any kind of wrongdoing, they gouged them with alteration pricing! My maid of honor was told she was a size 8 for this designer even though she was a size 0/2 in normal dresses. We were extremely wary about ordering such a different size but the employee insisted it was correct for this designer. So stupidly we trusted the woman who took the measurements since we figured she's worked with this designer and would know the sizes fairly well. No. My maid of honor is swimming in this dress and no other alterations places will even bother with it because it's so hilariously big. Bel Fiore's measurements were ten inches too big. We're less than 20 days from the wedding and Bel Fiore's response was that it was all our fault for ordering the wrong size (even though they submitted the order) and that our only choice is to use their alterations person and pay for the dress all over again basically with the amount of alterations needed. Another bridesmaid ended up paying more for the alterations than the dress because her measurements were so off as well.
Daniel was awesome! He added to our experience and was so helpful. He was patient and gave us options to add to the dress. He was everything!! HES THE REASON WE BOUGHT THE DRESS (told us to add a belt which took the dress from a 8 to a 15)
I walked into Bel Fiore Bridal boutique and had my mind set on the style of dress I wanted. I also walked in to just look around and call it a day. When I got there, I was greeted by the staff and was walked to my own fitting room with my own stylist. Once we got to the area, Rhonda, asked me for preferences in all categories price, style, shade of white, etc. After finding the styles I liked with my mom and maid of honor we tried them on. I always heard you’ll know the dress when you try it on, but I wasn’t getting that feeling. Rhonda then brought me a dress, in my price range, but not my style. After about 7 dresses, I tried Rhonda’s on and stepped out. My emotionless best friend started to cry and I didn’t know why until I looked in the mirror at the dress that wasn’t my style at all and knew it was my dress. Rhonda made my experience and became a friend. I am beyond thrilled to say yesterday I bought my dress that exceeded my dreams.
Bel Fiore was absolutely incredible! The store is super cute and you have your own little private area. Our consultant was Dasha and she was absolutely incredible to work with -- seriously, ask for her personally. She was able to take all the wants and don't wants and help us find the perfect dress. Highly recommend.
Bel Fiore has THE most wonderful and elegant dresses! I have worked with Elizabeth and her staff multiple times and they are always so accommodating and attentive. You can really tell each of them is so passionate about finding the perfect dress for you, and I would definitely recommend this store to any bride looking for the perfect dress for her special day <3!
I had the most incredible time at Bel Fiore. I went with my mom, and we had a great experience with the store and our consultant, Rhonda. Rhonda always gave her honest opinion and catered to my needs. She really listened to what I liked and found incredible dresses for me to try on. She was very patient as I tried on dresses and really did her best to make me feel special the whole day. I had visited other wedding stores before and liked some of the dresses, but have never been sold on any of them. At Bel Fiore I loved and couldn't decide between 4 dresses! The collection is amazing. In the 2 hours I was there, I saw numerous brides say yes to the dress. Bel Fiore is a definite must for all brides!
