Words cannot describe the wonderful experience I had finding a wedding dress at Bridals By Lori! Everyone here was AMAZING to say the least.Becca was my consultant and from the beginning she made my group feel so welcome! She pulled beautiful gowns for me to try on and really made the experience 10 times better!! I would recommend visiting Bridals By Lori for the wonderful service, sweet people and their beautiful gown selection!

Every dress you can think of us in Lori's store. I met her personally and she is very nice. All of her dresses are designer dresses and have quality.
Nice place with nice dresses. Double as expensive as a lot of places though. The building itself has a weird entrance, but the employees were very kind
I called the day of to see if they had availability for me and my mom to go in to see wedding dresses and they said they could accommodate us. We went in m, filled out a card, and went upstairs. As soon as I got up there I gave the lady at the counter my card and her first question was did I have an appointment. Her second question was the date of my wedding. Both questions could have been answered had she looked at the card I had given her. She then asked my budget and pointed me to where I should start searching for dresses. She also told me that if we liked a dress we should take it off the rack and place it in a hallway next to the fitting room. I've been to multiple shops around Atlanta and EVERY shop sales rep takes the dress from the rack to dressing room area. Cynthia was the lady who was "helping" me and she was so incredibly rude. It was as if she was bothered we were there. Her attitude started from the moment we walked in. Needless to say I did not find a dress and partly because I was disinterested due to Cynthia's demeanor. The only reason I'm giving this shop 2 stars instead of 1 because on our way out we stopped by the downstairs outlet to sneak a peak and both the ladies there were super hospitable and went out of there way to help and show us dresses they thought I'd like. A few of my friends had had bad experiences at Lori but I thought I'd give them a shot, now I can say I too thought the customer service was poor and will not be shopping there nor recommending them.
We went in looking for a dress for a formal occasion (without an appointment). We wanted to see a blue Spose gown that we saw online. That dress was actually not available for our time frame and was slightly out of budget. We ended up with a different but equally as beautiful dress. Thank you so much to Lori and your amazing staff!
My experience here was great. I was left to pick my own dresses after after I had my consultant came in and helped me pick more, she must have gathered minimum of nine dresses before taking me to the dressing room, she helped me with process of elimination by telling me if I did not love one more then the previous she would take it away, we did this until we were down to two. Between the two I could tell what one she liked the best and even go I didn’t choose that one she just as happy as I was with the one I choose. She hugged me and almost made me cry. The owner Lori is amazing, she told me how beautiful my dress was and took my measurements and even worked with me when it came to not being able to put the entire down payment down that day. I never felt like I had to search for help or for my consultant. It was the best wedding dress experience I had ever had and to top it all off I found my dress! There was great selection of all fits of dresses and styles.
The staff is amazing; the selection is extensive; the services are all in all incredible. Worth the price
Though this visit was not personally for me, the staff went above and beyond to help the bridal party I am a part of. Everyone was very encouraging of the ladies trying on dresses, and they seemed to sincerely be ecstatic when someone found THE dress.
Loved the selections and the service was nice. I only wish I had more time. I don't think 1hr to try on wedding dresses is not enough. We need at least 1.5hrs. I think that rule needs to.change. I felt a bit rushed. Not the staff's fault. They were super nice and I even got a hand written thank you card from the sales rep. Only 4 stars just because of the length of time.
