If I could give negative stars I would. The absolute worst service and food I have ever experenced. I got the shrimp curry and it was basically water- NO FLAVOR. I told the server it was no good but I would eat it anyway. She said `sorry' and moved on.They didn't have change for $100 with is understandable so the server had to go get it from another store 20 minutes later she brought my change. At this point they shouldn't have charged me for the slop they served. Indian food is by far my favorite food. I hope this review saves you from having a negative experience and spending your hard earned money else where.
They serve large dishes and for convenient prices. helpful staff. Never disappointing.
When we entered people were sitting and eating but nobody was there to seat us and no one was at the bar. Finally someone cane out and told us to sit where we wanted. Then, again we sat and waited and waited. Finally my friend went to ask if we could get service. We informed them we had the dining out book. The server said she would need to ask the manager if we could use it. In a few minutes a woman came out to see the coupon. At first she said we could use it and then said not with the buffet. By then we were afraid to order because they were so slow we figured it would take far too long so we left.
Came here for dinner and brunch and here’s what’s good. The atmosphere is cute and they often play summer music. On Saturday’s they sometimes have live musicians! Their Thali is a great deal if it’s your first time and you want to try a little bit of many dishes. Their food is solid here and a great deal for the price! The service is okay and could use some work. Their chicken curries are also more on the okay side. Their drinks are good, we had the lychee martini and the bottomless mimosas and we enjoyed both of them. Their salad bowl is probably my favorite from their menu. Check this place out for lunch if you’re at Lenox!

I used to really enjoy the food here. In the past few months, however, the service staff seems to have totally turned over. Like I said, the food is nice, but the buffet - being over $20 for lunch with a soda and a tip - imo at that price point you need to be fully attentive to your customers on some consistent level. They have a sign that specifically says “please wait to be seated” - you will stand there and multiple employees will see you there and not greet or seat you. Then, at some point someone will look at you like “oh you’re not just standing there for no reason?” and will say “you can sit wherever you want.” It’s because of annoying things like this, being out of things like coke and Diet Coke and just a general careless attitude, that I’ve stopped going here and instead been having my weekly staff lunches at the many other options for good food all around here. If they can’t be bothered then I can’t be bothered either. Like I said, it’s a shame because this is totally avoidable and a failure of management as you should either have causal, order/pay at the counter service or proper service. It doesn’t work to do neither well while charging the customer a premium at the same time.
Great spot to buy something when in a hurry. The customer service is prompt, pricing is convenient, great atmosphere. Highly recommended
We came to this restaurant for a meeting. we heard about this place from a lot of people. Well, it was a winning. the staff were so friendly and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We loved this place very much and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.
Based on my experience, the food quality did not match the food price. I paid upwards of $45 for 2 people in exchange for a buffet that was mediocre compared to what is to be expected at that price point. We went to the Lenox Mall location, so assumedly, the location could explain the prices. According to Henry Ford, companies should strive to charge less and give more... not charge more and give less. Other than that, good live music, seemingly clean, and friendly service. Overall, would not recommend to a friend.
Love this place!! Hands down best Indian food I've had so far. Food is very yummy. I highly recommend the chicken tikka alas and their chicken tandoori oh and their Naans are amazing!! The staff is very polite and attentive. So glad we finally have a good Botanic Restaurant around the corner from me. Will be visiting again, and again :)
Food was excellent. There was nothing lacking about the flavor or any rose colored chicken at all; I ordered of the dinner menu. I can't really speak to the buffet. Had two curries, an array of tapas, and several plates of naan. All of it was excellent and the server was exceptional. Not really sure what the complaints are about here.
