Great food! Simple and tasty, not too different from whats made at home. It's also very convenient for me since I am a student. Also, no other service delivers in Columbus, Ohio!
I have ordered twice until now and definitely plan to subscribe. Great home cooked food. Less oil, masala and salt and rotis are amazing. Every dish i tried tasted great. Also customer service is excellent and the packaging is great.
I was a regular tiffin subscriber from them in stamford. A lot of times the lentin tasted sour as it was not fresh. The roti from them had fungus ( which they said is flour) once. I had to throw my items sometime because they went bad in 2-3 days after the delivery as they might have prepared them a lot earlier. So, be careful with ordering tiffin from them. Please see the message from the owner after reading my review. I can vouch that my review is 200 percent true. But it seems the owner is not at all willing to take any feedback and improve on the food/business. I actually gave a very good review to them after my 2nd order because i really loved the food. Probably they deliver good food only the first few times... So the owner didn't believe my review and I had to send the pic of my garbage as a proof. And look at this response in pic 5. Shameless guy
The quality of food feels homelike. They have maintained a consistent standard of quality especially with their paneer sabjis. Also, the delivered container is fairly packed to keep the contents as fresh as possible. Additionally, the customer service is very responsive to the customer's requests. All in all, the business is handled in the most professional way
Just tried this place for the first time and I cannot recommend it enough. Best Indian food I have had in Norwalk and great prices. The women who helped me with my order was very accommodating and nice. This will be my new spot for Indian food. Check out the buffet during lunchtime if you want to try lots of different things.
The food tastes delicious and I am really pleased with the variety. It is not heavy and really does taste homemade. Can't beat the price. Really happy with their customer service as well. Had a couple of errors but all were dealt with immediately.
My experience was worst, I am Indian I know the right and fresh taste,I order a Tiffan, they send me smelly dal and palak pneer, rest of food has no taste at all, I call them or text the issue but they don’t care and never reply back. Sorry I have a good taste I can never be order again.
They literally gave me old freeze food... rotti were rubber and food was not at all fresh
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered food in time to make the delivery schedule and the food is not delivered as they promise. Ordering Pizza now. Will never order from them again. This happened 2 times in a row.
Must try it - it's REALLY GOOD! Excellent service, diverse menu, and highly professional.
