Big D Party Rentals opened for business in McKinney, Texas in 2006, offering rental tents. Our recent expansion allows us to offer a much wider range of products and services to our customers, including not only party tents and chair rentals, but linens, decorative items and tabletop items as well.

WOW!! I absolutely loved your team. From the first time we called, to the delivery, to the pick up the experience was amazing. Your entire staff was phenomenal.

The showroom has endless possibilities and ideas for all parties/ inspiration and dinner settings! The linen selection is easy to go through and they have tables to create your own vision! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on all the rentals! Love this place!

Worst service I ever dealt with, lady extremely unpleasant to deal with and I even asked her if she’s not in the mood to send someone else to help because extremely unfriendly and semi rude! Do not recommend at all even though price was okay. Just for reference, person’s name was Amelia Jackson, extremely unfriendly and miserable , this is a place where you’re supposed to go help you set up for a joyous event, not with that face, it won’t be very joyous, if you have to go there, use someone with a smile at least. That lady should work in a funeral home probably better fit for that face.

Big D Party Rentals is awesome! I used them for my event and they were so professional and easy to work with. They set everything up and made sure I was happy before they left. They came back on time to collect the items we rented and once again everyone was so kind and professional. I'll be using them again and again!

Horrible experience. They do not take good care of their equipment. Much better rental companies around.

I rented two tables and 17 chairs over the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff stayed on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and waited for me to pick them up even though they closed early. Returning the equipment was easy and stress-free. I will definitely recommend to my friends!
