Lasting Impressions Event & Party Rental was started in 1991 and was soon purchased by Karl Liesinger. A few years later, JP Fritz was brought in as a financial advisor and eventually became a partner. The growing business soon required a larger warehouse, moving to a 12,000 square foot building in downtown Columbus. The space was doubled in 1998 to accommodate the purchase of the rental assets of KG Marx after which, Fritz purchased Liesinger’s interest becoming the sole shareholder.

I worked here , & the staff are great .! They are very respectful.. sometimes it’s hard to deal with BUT THATS ANY JOB YOU WORK at . It gets stressful at times but mark the owner ERIK IN DISHROOM & jp the owner were ALWAYS THERE to get the help u needed ... you treat other as YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED & that’s #1 rule speaking for myself I think they were too NICE .! after being so leinyent with everyone PEOPLE started to take advantage & thought they could just do anything .. I actually thought pasting impressions are very good at their .! if your looking for a job They are the ones .! Unlike what others say I appreciate them allowing me the time there ❤️

Rented an outdoor red carpet. Picked up the item and discovered it had black spots on it which appeared in our photos. When I dropped it off, I expressed my concern to the office. The people at the return counter were already aware of the issue and agreed there was a problem. I waited a few weeks to hear from the owner who was out of town. I followed up again and was assured he would call back. Two months later, I called again and was informed that the office manager and owner had looked at the rugs and determined they were fine for outdoor rentals. $100 for a red carpet with black stains. No refund, no real apology. They have lost business from our organization.
Everything we rented arrived the day before the event! They set it up perfectly and tore it down the next day. We had no issues with communication or payments. The price was affordable as well! As far as tent rentals go at least. I would recommend this company to other couples.
I cannot possibly speak highly enough of Lasting Impressions. Every single person who we’ve interacted with has been wonderful. They helped us out at the last minute when things didn’t work out with another vendor and provided chairs, linens, dishes and all sorts of other items for 70 people and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
Nice customer service. We had ordered pipes and drapes. But during the decoration, we realized that we measured the place wrongly. Called them back to see if we could change the pipes. They were willing to get us different pipes size.
