I would never go back here. They are always running late. The first time I came, they didn't give me my shampoo because they were running behind. They refused to give me a discount and charge me full price, which included a shampoo. I liked the haircut enough that I let it slide. This last time I came in for my appointment and was told to come back 1.5 hours later after waiting 20 mins... Again because they were running behind....

I have been a member for 2 years. I have always received a great haircut with all my visits.

Always a great experience and cut at the boardroom, love all the ladies here and free beer. What more could you ask for? ‍♂️

Got my hair cut today. Don't remember the stylist name but she gave me an awesome haircut. I have thick Asian hair and I left the place with a smile and a clean looking low fade haircut. Would definitely come back. Cheers to the stylist.

I'm a regular at this salon. Cynthia, my regular stylist, was my regular stylist at the Uptown location until the Boardroom opened on The Hill and she moved to support the new location. Lucky me - I work in the neighborhood. The Boardroom Salon, and Cynthia specifically, have consistently shown me excellent service and delivered great cuts made to my specifications. As a member, I'm able to have a haircut and Benchmark massage on a weekly basis. It's a great way to divide my Mondays in half, and Cynthia never fails to amaze.

As soon as you walk in there is a presence of great comfort and style. Greeted by immense gratitude the front receptionist makes you feel welcome and offers you a complementary drink. Once you meet your stylist (in this case my stylist Lily) they take the time to listen to what you want and help you figure the type and style of haircut that best suits you. Lily did an exceptional job with the upmost service just as the other stylists do. Overall I’d give my visit and and boardroom salon and the hill 5/5 stars for truly having an amazing experience
