I had a wonderful experience here after a very bad experience at their local competitor. My salesmen, William Chavez was both professional and responsive but most importantly was transparent with his approach. I truly appreciated these valuable qualities that are often lost. I also spoke with Mr. Penkhus and found the ownership/administration to be both friendly, professional, and honest. I found these strengths to extend to the finance department as well with JR Cihura, thank you for the painless process. These characteristics are hard to find in this industry and I'm glad to have had the opportunity to have done business with them and look forward to many years of repeat business as well. I strongly recommend and will refer everyone to this dealership!

I recently purchased a used BMW X3 from Bob Penkhus and had a wonderful experience. First, my salesman, Bryn Reynolds, could not have been more supportive, patient, kind and accommodating. Truly, he was terrific. He went out of his way in so many ways to make sure I had the best purchasing experience, and he accomplished this goal. I and my family have purchased at least four or five vehicles at Bob Penkhus and all those experiences were good, but this was the best by far. I truly appreciate the help and support of all the folks at Bob Penkhus and highly recommend this dealership, and Bryn Reynolds. Thanks, everyone!

I came to Bob Penkhus this morning to have a simple task of getting air in my tire in my Mazda CX-5. I was greeted by and wonderful nice man. I believe his name was Joey and all I can say is that he handled my situation with such great happiness and helpfulness. Very professional!!!! This place is incredible. Traveling through from Ohio and needed a oil change and tire rotation. We had no appointment and was expecting to wait a while for the jobs to be done. Our service rep Joey Culbertson who was so nice. He went above and beyond to get our car done in a timely manner so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. I wish we could of taken him back to Ohio to be our service rep back home lol. Thank you guys so much. Great service and dealership!
