Excellent service, trainers, and motivation. I have been going there for almost 9 years and it was one of the best health decisions I made. Mitch and Kyle are amazing and know how to push you to get the best out of you!!!

I Really enjoy going here. They have a great team in place with Mitch, Kyle and Savanna! Savanna led us through a great Saturday morning workout that set the tone for an awesome weekend!

A month ago, I made the decision to get serious about getting my health back on track and started working with Body Design Midtown. Initially, I was nervous because I hadn't worked out in quite some time and thought the program would be difficult to start with. However, the Personal Trainers (Warren, Kyle, and Mitch) were very knowledgeable and became my cheer squad from the very beginning. They remained patient with me the entire time and modified exercises I could not do. Gradually, after every workout, I could feel myself getting stronger, but not without the motivation of the trainers (who NEVER let me quit and kept encouraging me) and the nutrition plan that was easy to follow and provided me with a variety of food. In one month, I gained 4.2 pounds of muscle and lost 3.5% body fat. My energy level is back up, I'm much stronger than I was before, cravings are almost none existent, sleep has improved and my body is more toned. The consistent support, professionalism and encouragement I receive during each session from Body Design Personal Trainers has only strengthened my desire to continue my health journey.

Hello everyone. I just want to start with saying I'm super excited about my journey with Body Design Personal Training. I came onto their gym thinking so negative about my results thinking I couldn't or wouldn't make my goal, took a week off, didn't eat like I was supposed to and still her I am about 6 weeks in the game and in weight I went from 190.4 to 185.7, gained muscle from 65.5 to 68.6, and my body fat % went from 37.7 to 33.4. Like I said before I'm super excited and Savannah, Kyle, Warren, and Mitch are great trainers. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Within three months as a member of Body Design, I’ve lost weight, body fat and inches off my waist. Seeing progress not only in the numbers, but also in my abilities during each class keeps me motivated to keep coming back. The team at Body Design is helping me achieve my health goals, but also giving me the confidence to stay consistent at the gym and continuously set new goals for myself, knowing I can achieve them. I’m not at my goal yet, but I’ve made more progress in the first few months here, than I ever have on my own. They provide you with detailed scans, measurements, a meal plan, and workout guidance. They’re also super attentive and do a great job educating you on your health and explaining to you what works for your body, and why. It’s not complicated and with their guidance, you really begin to realize that.I’ve never been “athletic” and I’ve always hated P.E./ any sports related class when I was in school. But the team at Body Design is SO nice and supportive, and their support and motivation is one of the main things that keeps me coming back. You never feel intimidated or left behind. They really are here for you, and your health is their top priority.

I’ve lost 20lbs with Body Design Midtown so far. After the team adjusted my workout and meal plan to realign with my new goals the results have been amazing! Just in the last 2 weeks I’ve lost 2% body fat and gained 3lbs of muscle. One of the great things I love about working out with Body Design Midtown is they’ll help me push harder when I need to, and really provide the feedback and steps to help me truly achieve my goals. Not only that, but the workouts and team themselves are fun. I feel truly motivated when I come to each session.

Body Design Personal Training is nothing but amazing! I joined in the Spring after I broke my left hip and was in recovery for a few months. Coming to train, I was nervous about hurting my healing hip but all of the trainers were great in constantly asking how my hip feels when doing different exercises. The sessions are different from one another so you learn a lot of workout routines/techniques that really help to build muscle over time. I’ve noticed a tremendous improvement in my strength and muscle gain only after a few months. All of the trainers are top professionals. They are excellent in explaining how to do the different exercises and if they notice someone not doing it quite right, they tell the person and fix it right away. This promotes not only superb technique but dramatically decreases the risk of injury. I learned a lot of things that I will use in the future as I continue to build muscle and strength. Thank you so much for getting me to my goals.

I have really enjoyed my first 2 months with Body Design Midtown. The staff is extremely motivational and knowledgeable. One of the first big changes I saw was the amount of effort I put into my workouts when I'm there versus when I'm at home. They do an incredible job of pushing you to do your absolute best. I've already lost 3% body fat and genuinely feel great even after a tough session. I work out early in the morning and for the entire rest of my day I feel more energized and happy. Those are not sentiments I would normally associate with working out before I started training here. I still have a ways to go in my weight loss goals but I know with continued commitment to the plans they have put in place I will get there.

Mitch and Kyle are amazing! All the trainers are great, and so nice. I have a demanding work schedule and part of the reason I enjoy BD is their scheduling flexibility with a positive attitude! Great workout much better results than a normal class.

Body Design is great! Kyle V is an excellent trainer and I really enjoy his workouts. He is very focused on making sure his clients techniques for each exercise are correct and helps put together meal plans for his clients. Overall, great experience and feel much stronger since I started working out at Body Design!

I found this place on google after I was looking for a search for personal trainers and when I came for my consultation Savannah was really welcoming and was happy to help me reach my goals. I came in looking to build muscle as I have always been really skinny but never had any definition. I have worked out with a few of the trainers but most of my sessions are with Kyle and he is a really great trainer. Super motivating, attentive and making sure your form is correct and just pushing you to get the most out of the sessions. I train 2 days a week in house and workout 2 days a week on my own using the exercise plan provided by the team. Since I started 4 weeks ago I have gained 2lbs, decreased by body fat and increased muscle mass by 2%. Even though I may not be able to see these results it keeps me motivated knowing I am on the right path. I still have work to do before I reach my goal but I am confident that with the help of the trainers I will def reach it!
