What impressed me the most about Capstone is that they took the time to talk with me and really understand my work history to develop a results-oriented resume. My original resume listed my job duties, but it didn't show my achievements or results. Capstone helped me look at things from an employer's perspective. They created a resume that focused not only on my responsibilities, but what problems I solved and the results that came from solving those problems. They also created a professional profile at the top of my resume which gives an at-a-glance summary of my diverse skills and experience. I was very pleased with that! I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to create a resume like this for myself. Hiring Capstone to help me with my resume was worth every penny. They had my resume and a cover letter done in a couple of days, and after I started using them, I finally started getting calls for job interviews.

Was not happy with the end result. I paid for a executive level resume, and it reads like mid level management at best. The person use my previous format, and was more about buzz works that content and structure. I did not get the value I expected.
