Heather is absolutely incredible at what she does. I had been paralyzed for months trying to revamp/update my resume. We connected, I provided her with a jumbled mess of information, we had a conversation, and a few days later I have 10x better than I could have expected. Every timeframe was met. I worked with Heather McBride at StandOut Resumes, and had a great experience. Heather has great credentials, and was very knowledgeable about how to reshape my resume to be concise, assertive, and polished. She also was a great cheerleader - helping me to recognize that I had a lot of great accomplishments in my career thus far, and making me feel confident about my journey toward future career opportunities. The process was relatively simple - consisting of a few phone meetings and emails, and I was very pleased with the result. My experience with Heather McBride and StandOut Resumes in general was outstanding. It was a quick and efficient process to go from a rough draft version of my resume I had previously put together to a finalized version of a resume I feel comfortable utilizing for almost any job search. Heather was successful at turning my resume from a boring, boiler plate list of education and experience to an attention-grabbing piece of self-marketing that does a much better job of selling myself and emphasizing what I can bring to any company/job based on my experiences. The process was collaborative and Heather was very open to hearing and using any suggestions I had since I was the one with the first-hand knowledge of everything, but overall, I came to Heather and StandOut Resumes for her/their expertise and I am more than satisfied with the result.

It had been quite some time since my resume had some polishing and I didn't even know where to begin.
