I bought my truck from them and have had some new issue everytime I turn around, I have replaced the shocks, struts, brake pads and rotors, and am now looking at having to put in a new transmission after they had one put in prior to me buying it, I am really regretting purchasing this truck, not to mention the check engine light that keeps coming on for different things and I feel jipped by the transmission after having the truck for almost 3 years and being told that a new transmission and clutch was put in but I don't believe now that it was a new one but a used one that may have already been high miles.

Great service laid back and has the desire to be competitive. Vary relatable staff and I felt very welcome here, there were some small communications errors which is why this isn't 5 stars but it wasn't anything major and didn't effect the transaction. Two thumbs up to car pros👍 I love my new frontier 👍

These guys are great. I bought a super nice Mazda from them and they made sure it was just perfect. I loved getting to know Hubert and the rest of his team. They make you want to just hang out with them and make you feel like a friend. Have had for over 3 months now and no worries. The service after the purchase is as great is the purchase itself. This is the new best car buying experience of Albuquerque. No pressure, great attitudes, and wonderful service. Will buy from them again.

Well unfortunately I had a different experience with the folks down at CarPros. So everything started off great, there were a few issues that we agreed would be taken care of by the dealer, however when getting fixed/taken care of it was advised by the carpros mechanic that I was going to need about $1500 in additional work on the vehicle I had just purchased, however I had already had to take the SUV back a couple of times for the initial repairs totaling about $1100. So all in all, it needed $2500 worth of work the day I drove it off the lot. Not to mention I had to replace the brakes and tires within the first 6 weeks. Well, I guess no one put a gun to my head to sign for it. Should have paid closer attention.

This is the best experience I've ever had looking at cars. I didn't find what I was looking for but everybody here was super nice and was glad to talk to me about everything that I could ask. I definitely want to come back if I'm looking for cars. They fit a niche for a specific type of car so definitely look at their online before you come in.

Excellent service, and such honest people. Was able to get my vehicle the same day. When I pointed out that there was a small crack in the windshield of the car, they immediately put it down to have it fixed by next week. Total transparency with the vehicle. No hassle with going back and forth from the bank, able to do everything right there for you. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable service. Thank you Mike and Hubert.
