When my wife and I searched venues in Atlanta area there were so many to choose from. Many were high priced and not flexibe in allowing us to customize. When we toured at Chale Gardens we knew we wanted this venue for our wedding. The place was nice for our outdoor wedding, our budget and the look we wqnted. The lake view was stunning. The prices were fair they were not trying to overcharge, we brought in our own alcohol which saved us over $1000. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our guest had a great time, we partied hard and dj erok had us dancing all night. I would highly recommend chale gardens for your wedding as we had an amazing time. I'll be back for anothe event... with baby on board.

Horrible! We went to view this venue and when we pulled into the parking lot I didn’t even want to view the venue anymore. FIRST OF ALL it’s a community event center. You have to drive in an entire neighborhood talking about run down homes and area. NOT someplace I would like my family to drive through to get to my wedding. The facility is run down and raggedy. The outside is a absolute JOKE! The website photos are fantastic and lured me in to view this place. So when we get outside to view the ceremony area on the other side of the lake is a full run down apartment facility!!! LOL, I was like oh, no! This place was a joke . They want so much money to be located in a run down area, the inside of the venue was sooo run down, old and falling apart. Oh! Then she told me how I would enter in for the ceremony I would have to walk across the parking lot that would be blocked off . I’m sorry, But I want my wedding to be beautiful and memorable. Don’t waste your time to view this venue it’s a joke. I felt so disrespected. Like you do know this is for my wedding right.... Waste of time. Website and photos are deceiving.

When I was putting a party together the staff was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating. I was thrilled with some of the complimentary items they added. You get what you pay for and Cha'le Gardens over delivered. I would highly recommend them for any event.

Nothing short of wonderful! I recommended this venue for my cousin that got married here after I was a guest at another wedding here. I provided the band and it was such a beautiful day . My cousin had a great time and she still thanks me to this day for finding her the perfect venue. Can't wait till I get married, it will definetly be at Cha'le Gardens.

Beautiful facility for amazing memories located on the South side. I got married late September. While it wasn't the perfect wedding, it was still beautiful day. After several attempts of trying to address my dissatisfaction with management, finally I received a call (45+ days later)and was able to discuss and express the good, bad and ugly of my big day. A lengthy conversation with management went well. Some things were clarified and miscommunication was addressed. A refund was discussed and agreed upon and yet 89 days later, no refund or courtesy call on the hold up of the refund. Just not professional in my opinion. Often times it's not about the money, but more so about the general principal. Definitely did not get what I paid for. Very unfortunate.

I had attended a friends wedding about 7 years ago at this location, it was a different owner and name but it was just what I needed. I was not the bride that needed a luxury mansion wedding that would have cost me over $35,000. I selected Cha’le Gardens because it was nice, picturesque, affordable and I wanted to keep my wedding cost under $12,000. They helped customize a package that aligned with my budget. I truly enjoyed the outdoor lake area where I had my wedding ceremony and cocktails by pool. Latonia was my coordinator, she was knowledgeable, detailed and had my best interest. They know how to decorate the venue nicely, which created the elegant look. It’s in a neighborhood, but once you go through the gates and see the outside area, you won’t really care about driving through a neighborhood. Over the course of the year of planning my wedding, I saw improvements they were making to the venue, you can see the difference with the renovations made. The new white pergola was a beautiful addition, and the newly renovated pool deck with stone was amazing. If you want something nice, affordable and the beautiful lakeside wedding Cha’le Gardens is the place. I’ve seen pictures of of my co-workers wedding where they spent triple the amount I spent at their lake Lanier wedding and my wedding pictures was so much prettier. Thanks to Cha’le Gardens.

I helped plan my daughters wedding at Cha'le Gardens and everything was superb . I'm truly grateful that they were there every step of the way. We got the all inclusive option and their team was amazing. Tara the photographer did an outstanding job, the music was upbeat and the food was delicious. The ceremony outside in the garden was nice lake backdrop, the pictures were stunning. I've been to many weddings and the service and professionalism my daughter received at Cha'le Gardens was beyond our expectations.

Cha'le Gardens offers a beautiful backdrop for your big day, and the service was very professional as they treated us well. Choosing Cha'le Gardens was the best decision without hesitation. When we met our event manager Tanisha, she was quite impressive, she worked with our budget and gave suggestions where we could do somethings on our own. My wife liked her calming personality, she was nice and above all wanted the best for us. She was such a delight to work with, from our Food tasting, to color selection she was always helpful. I truly could not speak more highly about their service. We still receive compliments from friends and relatives as the day was perfect. We have our wedding album on our coffee table and each time we open it, we are overjoyed by the wonderful wedding we had at Cha'le Gardens.
