Although the building is enriched with history and pizzazz. The owner needs to sell.

I bartend an event for Howard and debbie 2 months ago and I still have not been paid for my time; highly unorganized; no one is every there and replying by email is not resolving my issue of payment; would not recommend

Unique building with a plethora of possible uses. Owner and executive chef are delightful people. Needs updating/remodeling. Fascinating history.

A variety of old, oddly juxtaposed rooms, cobbled together and usable for a variety of functions.

Easy to spot in traffic, pretty good parking, good staff, place did not make you sweat unless you were really overdressed.

Terrible parking, you may get towed. Meeting room echos. For a media mecca, the sound system for panel discussion was slap awful. Adequate space for several hundred guests but inadequate rest rooms. Caterers- plan ahead better for setup and lines. Music/performance stage room is very nice.

They charge you for every little thing. You pay to rent the room, then you have to pay per plate, then you have to pay for each server. I had my daughters first birthday party and expected professionalism and perfection for the amount of money I paid and the ONLY person who knew what they were doing was the chef. The owner should hire a event specialist or sell the venue to someone who can use it for all its potential. Save your money and have your event some place else.
