I had a leather jacket severely damaged that this place cleaned up very nicely. And they did a good job cleaning up the rest of the jacket. I dealt directly with Sanjay who was very professional and customer service oriented. They took care of me in a rough spot. I would say people who complain about them probably did something on their own they don't mention in these reviews. The general public these days is quite ignorant, and of course the whole PC/sense of entitlement thing is still a problem, so take negative reviews with a huge grain of salt. Like this poor lost soul who lost her laundry and blames it on the store. Please get real.
They lost a pair of white jeans but claim that it was not among the clothes that I give them. They did not adequately clean a blouse it still had a odor and they still charged me yet they had a paper attached to garment stating a signature is needed to clean item. They also charge too much for what they are putting me through!
This is one of the best cleaners that I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. The staff is always friendly and their service is always consistent. Being that I work down the street at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead, I am always stopping by to squeeze in last minute pick ups and drop offs - and every single time I am greeted with a smile no matter what time of day I arrive. I highly recommend this business as I trust them with all of my clothing and apparel. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends, family and Buckhead clientele! 5 star review for a job well done!!
