Company Description
Courtesy Cleaners opened its doors for business in 1989 by Ron and Jean Worgo. The original site is located on Stockbridge Road in Jonesboro. In 1996 they opened two additional locations — one in Stockbridge on Eagles Landing Parkway and another in Hampton on Tara Boulevard. It was at this stage that their son Scott came on board, taking charge of the production management. Their daughter Kelly also worked part-time, prior to joining the family team on a full-time basis. In 2000, their eldest daughter Kim also joined the family business.

I can't recall the last company that I have dealt with that had such excellent customer service. After a slight mishap with an order, the company took great care to ensure my happiness and went to great lengths to do so. What a refreshing approach! They have earned my respect and I look forward to contining to give them my business every opportunity I can.
After 7 years of loyalty despite damaged & lost/misplaced clothes I'm relieved to say I won't be paying higher prices for a small business service that treats me with flippant disrespect. There are better located, priced, faster, kinder cleaners in every direction of here. Find another cleaner, I did.
I went in to inquire about getting a zipper fixed and if possible the same day, and the representative actually laughed at my question. I believe it was extremely rude and disrespectful. I can’t speak on their work because I left after that and I will never find out.
I just dropped of my daughters cloths. The drop off was easy and everyone was friendly.
Very friendly ladies at the Dekalb Ave site. Missing buttons replaced free.
