Love my Doctor which is Dr Nuygen has great compassion with his patients he us the best on the other hand billing staff and Financial rep aren't as compassionate all you are told is this is what you owe something you do not want to hear while trying to save YOUR life I have Medicare and Medicaid unfortunately billing does not get it which caused great stress would have never had to deal with tried my best to tell billing what and whom to bill finally my insurance had to call billing to get things straight and again this should have never happened in the first place. Chemo nurses are the best and Front Office is wonderful and Dr.Nuygen and your billing office needs to learn compassion first and do their job that they get paid for so does that mean that I get paid for doing their job!!! haven't seen a check in my mail box yet but I fought back all because of Dr.Nuygen he is the Best

It has come to my attention that someone with my name posted a very negative review about Dr Jean at the CCC location on Peak St. TO MAKE CLEAR: Dr Jean has worked with me for over 6 years now. 1. He is one of the best Drs I have ever had. 2. His attention to detail is excellent 3. His pleasant approach to a serious problem is reassuring. 4. His knowledge of my issues were excellent to say the least. 5. He diagnosed and helped me successfully defeat a very serious health problem, yes, life threatening 6. It is a distressing thought someone with my name would post anything negative like that. 7. My contact confirmed I am the only patient with my name, Dennis Brooks, that Dr Clark Jean at the Comprehensive Cancer Center, Peak location, has. 8. Closing. Dr Clark Jean six years ago was instrumental due to his diligence remove a life threatening condition and through his continued efforts helped me return to a normal life. Please understand. I am Dennis Brooks. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr Clark Jean. He is at Comprehensive Cancer Center, Peak location. I am his only patient with my name. If you see or read anything other than this statement I have just made, it is false. False! I feel terrible my name was used in this situation.
