These guys suck!!! It took over a year for my husband to get a badly needed CPAP machine because these guys kept dropping the ball. And now they need to sign a RX for some of the supplies that go along with the CPAP machine so the outfit that provides the equipment can be paid. But no that can't even get that right.

I was amazed & slightly irritated that there were no appts available within the month of Oct. except on a Tues at every location. Kim, the appt setter was extremely rude & nasty. I asked her why she was being so nasty & she said because I was screaming. I told I didn't know I was screaming & that I have a commanding voice. I then apologized & again asked her how is it that there are not doctors available. She came back at me rude & was snippy, snappy & plain nasty. I'm calling my doctor to schedule me else where.

Been with this practice as a patient for more than two years. I constantly have to call and ask for medications to be filled despite following their process. I showed up to the doctor with a list of requested refills and a request for O2 service. He agreed and said he'd take care of it, and two weeks later nothing had happened. I had to call again. It's always that way with these guys. Lange retired without notice, and Duntley shows up but is effectively already retired. He doesn't care. I called the on-call emergency number of the holiday weekend and nobody called back. I called it again and again, nobody called back. The story is different every month but the results are the same. These guys are marking time and not in it for the good of their patients. I have no idea how they could be so disorganized.

As someone who has worked in health care and been to many health systems, this place is one of the most unprofessional practices I have ever come across, with the rudest staff. They are very discriminatory towards disabled clients, as they cancelled a very important appointment (which was scheduled weeks out) for my fiancé two hours prior to the appointment, and rescheduled for almost a month later. When they were called back later to ask if they could move the appointment to anytime sooner(since it was their doing to cancel at such short notice), the receptionist was very snarky about how it "wasn't her problem", and ultimately did nothing to change the testings to a sooner date. I can clearly tell the people who work here care more about a paycheck than actually caring for patients - They put a bad name on health care. I am very let down by this facility.
