Forever grateful for this hospital they saved my son when he had rsv first we went to Jefferson they kept him overnight and sent him home knowing something was clearly wrong same night we was home he had to be rushed by ambulance ended up at st.christopers which than they ran test and automatically admitted him and worked on him they treated us so well even when I couldn't stay with him some nights they had volunteers come be by his side holding him and singing to him and hospital grandmom lol I can't wait to thank them correctly and return the favor

Came here for my 1yo to have a outpatient surgery. Since I’ve seen this hospital win awards I really thought I would be walking into a Taj Mahal. However, that was not the case. I used 3 different bathrooms and each one was so utterly filthy. Not only were the bathrooms disgusting but the pre-op room was so dusty. Dust was covered the IV poles hanging. I been to other hospitals and always see janitors didn’t see one. Sorry but for any medical facility especially a chrildrens hospital I would expect more. I would never come back here

I called in today to the urgent Care line they have a message explaining the office hours for sick appointments and so forth then it says press 1 to speak with an on call doctor or nurse I pressed one because my boy has a ring worm and he was given medicated shampoo and medicine for this before and wanted to see if we could get a refill but no one answered I then called the operator I asked her if she could connect me to an oncall nurse she stated that they dont transfer to doctors I explained that I have been on hold for far too long on the other line and she said there wasn't anything else she could do I asked to be transferred to the er nurse on call she just clicked me to and no answerable line with my only option was to speak with a transport nurse who doesn't know who the oncall nurse is nor has a number so now I'm going to wasted quite a few hundred dollars of insurance Money to visit the ER physically and get a new perscription for something as small as a ring worm in the scalp boy gotta love it

I love this hospital! Unfortunatley certain departments give the whole hospital a bad name. I have been trying to make a new patient appt with Endocrinology for the past 2 weeks with no call back. Voicemail states leave name number and we will call you back within 48 hours. Really?!?! 48 Hours?!?! It's been 2 weeks since my first call and still no call back! Departments like this is why the Hospital itself suffers. Looks like CHOP will be seeing my child since they actually took the time to call me back.

Good Morning, yesterday 7/28/18. I took my daughter into the emergency room for falling and hitting her head. To me she wasnt her 10 month old self. When we arrived. We didn't even have to wait long . They took her right in. The nurses and the front desk attendants were so sweet and assuring that they put me at ease. Being a new mother is scary when your child may be suffering. The doctor and nurses explained everything and were so easy going. Thanks Dr. Lee and the staff from Dahlia... Yall are wonderful professionals. Danielle Brown

The remodeling looks great! Very clean and modern. In the emergency room however we've waited sometimes 2-4 hours just to have our family member seen. I never complained about the cafeteria as they have good food and a good selection. The doctors are a hit and miss though because we've been sent home before with the doctor saying one thing only to come back and see it was something else and that can become very annoying very fast.

I have been in this hospital little over 24 hours with my daughter who was transferred here from our hometown hospital due to her neurosurgeon being from this hospital. I wish o could give them less than a star. The hospital is almost completely empty and I understand why, my daughter is presently on a EEG machine that doesn’t allow her to go to the bathroom or even wash her hands without having the door open , we got told by the nursing staff that we are getting a roommate at 4 am in the morning, let me remind you this hospital is empty. After advising very nicely to the staff our concern we get told by the same staff that is there are no other rooms available??? I feel nursing and any kind of care that requires interaction with children should be a calling. It’s not just a job, if you can’t deal with people you are in the wrong kind of business. I believe my family and I are not here by choice, we are here because of a necessity. I will make sure that all my colleagues as well as family and friends stay in the New Jersey side with their kids. This is a hospital that will remain empty unless something is done. My husband and I feel this is a very difficult position to put a family in specially when you are not here by choice.
