Receptionists are very rude and will lecture you about your health (even though they are not qualified to do so). Instead of picking up my usual refills at the pharmacy they withheld it and don't leave a note for the pharmacist. I had to call this place myself to see what was up with the refill. They want me to make an appointment because "I'm using my inhaler too much." If you have private insurance or medicaid avoid this place. The front office here is a joke.

Dr. Ferguson and his staff are great. The rapport is closer to that of a family than a job. I studied briefly with Dr. F and he is an amazing and enthusiastic instructor. The length of many of his patient relationships seemed to demonstrate their high opinions of his services as well.
