Company Description
Long ago, from what I understand, this spot was an outpost of Las Delicias, the homegrown Mexican chain. Later, Eddie Aguirre (who comes from the Las Delicias family) took over the address and made it his own, upscaling both the interior and the menu, giving it a LoDo vibe while still serving real Mexican food in the shadow of all those office towers that, nightly, spill out his best, most loyal customers. Corazon does good business. Dinners are busy, boisterous, with people occasionally banging like pinballs from the yellow walls.

Was rated 5 stars. I've been enjoying this place for years. It's been my go-to for delicious Mexican food. I've noticed portion sizes decrease and prices increase.
Went on a Saturday afternoon. The chips for my chips and salsa were a little stale but the salsa was good. Ordered fajitas which were delicious! The seasoning was spot on. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will visit again.
Great margaritas and delicious fajitas. The only thing I would recommend the cook is not to shred the steak and chicken so tiny. The just look like ground beef and chicken.
Nice place and good service. The complementary chips and salsa are a tad better than others I've had at the area. The chips had more flavor and don't look as pale as others. The mole was also flavorful although a tad on the sweet side. However I haven't had many moles to compare too.
Great place to go if you're craving Mexican food. The food is always tasty and my personal favorite is the chicken enchiladas. The place can get quite busy and loud but it is worth it. Unfortunately the location in Lakewood closed so I don't go here too often.
Great Mexican food that my girlfriend and I found in downtown! If you're craving some real authentic tasting Mexican food come check this place out. It was a 20 minute wait towards closing time, but the wait was well worth it and we found out why people will wait. It's rather small inside but that gives it a great, very communal feel to the whole restaurant. It was buzzing with activity and still the servers were very quick with ordering and bringing the food. Overall we had a great experience and the food was super delicious! We will be coming back very soon I'm sure!
If you need Mexican food that's quick enough for lunch and good enough quality, this is your spot. If you're not restricted by staying downtown, there are some other options that might be better. This is a good spot to get a big group together for drinks, that again is centrally located to downtown.
WOW!! Incredible fresh food, customer service and hospitality! Everything was impeccable! Luckily we got there moments before a line formed for lunch yesterday. Although any wait for the food would be well worth it. Its a small little place. Not sure about freezing temperature outside wait but what an amazing Mexican Restaurant. I can't wait to return again soon!!
Went here for the first time last night and it was good. About a 30 minute wait at 6 pm on Saturday night which isn’t too bad. There really isn’t a place to wait inside though, so if it’s cold, that might be an issue. Food was good! Definitely what I would call Mexican comfort food. Lots of cheese, lots of sides, and the margaritas are strong. Salsa is spicier than most places’ chips and salsa but it’s good as well. Service was good even though the place was packed. It’s loud inside as well, but overall a good ambiance and good meal. Definitely recommend.

I heard that they close this place down for a month every summer -- to give their employees a break so they can spend time with family. That's awesome and very rare!
