He did a very good LASIK work on both eyes and I never had any problem. He knows his work well.
Dr. O'Day is great! He's very amiable, patent and explains everything. He makes sure everything is done right.
Over the past 17 years I have had nothing but excellent experiences. But today was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, Maybe its because the staff is new but unacceptable. I was there in December for a full 3 hr exam and forgot my SC DOT form for the eye test at the DMV. I was told to print the form and bring it in with a self addressed envelope and Dr O'Day would fill it out and mail it to me. But today when I arrived was informed I would have to schedule a tech visit for a refractive exam not even with Dr. O'Day, and once it was complete he would sign and send to me. I was just there in December and it is not fair when the DMV only needs something signed with the past 11 months. So I will be leaving this practice due to the experience I have received today and will not recommend him again I am sorry for this but its not right. I would rate it less that one but one star is the lowest I can give
After having significant issues with dry eyes, I received 3 ThemiEyes treatments at Charleston Cornea & Refractive Surgery. Not only have all of my issues with dry eyes have been remedied, I look 10 years younger!! I only wish that I knew about this treatment sooner. I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone with dry eye issues or anyone that wants to look younger without any major procedures. This was quick, easy, and painless. Dr. O'Day is great to work with and after suffering with dry eyes for years I finally found a doctor that put be on a treatment regimen that works. I would recommend Dr. O'Day to anyone and everyone.
Dr. O Day did a LASIK procedure for me and was professional, kind and explained everything. He kept me calm. I went from -3 vision to 20/15 in 1 day with NO pain! You changed my life thank you Dr. O Day!
