I used to race dirtbikes, and I've broken lots of bones. They truly understand sports injuries and treated the source of my pain, not just the symptoms. The cost was affordable, and the doctors are reliable. It has always been a consistently positive experience for me.
I have a bulging disk in my neck which pushes on a nerve. I have been suffering for years. I was treated by Kaiser for about a year. When I decided I did not want the diskectomy with fusion surgery- Kaiser referred me to a pain class and cut off all pain medication. Dr. Huong is very nice and caring. He really wants to improve quality of life and gives you options for relief. I highly recommend this dr and his staff. Thank you!
It's unfortunate my boyfriend was denied an appointment, as he missed 3 by really no fault of his own. I assist as his caretaker during the night but during the day its difficult for him to get around, and inadvertently missing appointments that I thought were already rescheduled. He's a disabled veteran with severe degenerative spine disease, walks with a cane, two rotator cuff injuries, severe migraines, only 54 years old, has chronic severe pain ALL of the time, I help him get dressed, I cook, get him to appointments on my day off. There are days the pain is so bad we go to the emergency room. When we found you online, there was hope for us. I can guarantee those appointments missed, he had either went to the ER or had a Dr. appointment. Either way, it was inadvertently done. Its sad a Untied States disabled Veteran was turned away, but that's their policy. Very sad situation.
it's cash for every appointment!!!! I'm an elderly woman on a fixed income but I pay a fortune for decent insurance....They don't except ANY INSURANCE and all payments are CASH OUT of your pocket !!! WHAT A SCAM!!! I've NEVER BOUGHT MEDICATION OFF OF THE STREET but I think it would be cheaper than THIS scam. This is totally EGREGIOUS to demand cash from an elderly woman who can barely afford FOOD and the gas needed to drive to the appointment!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Unprofessional. Gives far too many pills, which I have seen his patients sell.
They refused to take a new patient after I was assaulted and needed immediate help.
Dr. Hong is the MOST attentive and caring doctor I have ever had! He is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. Although I dont see him anymore because I had to move I must say how much he validated my pain. I wasnt treated like "its all in your head" or "it shouldnt hurt that bad". He found out WHY I felt like I did. Something it seems most doctors dont care about doing these days. Dr. Hong is different! I actually cried when I had to move many states away. If I could afford to, I would fly to see him every month! I appreciate the office staff getting me the billing information for reimbursement from my insurance. THANK YOU DR. HONG FOR BEING WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY REAL DOCTOR AROUND!!
Friendly, informative, staff. Dr. Hong is excellent in troubleshooting for multiple disorders. He is great at commutation and will take the time to listen for your needs.
