Dublin Pain Clinic owner Dr. Siddiqui is Board Certified by the ABA in Anesthesiology and Pain Management, and he is licensed in the states of Ohio, Texas and California. He has been in practice since 2001 and attended Dow Medical College. Dr. Siddiqui has done residency training in the field of Anesthesiology at Western Reserve Care System Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Fellowship in critical care medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York, and fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon.

Some of the office staff are grwat and nice, however the nurse practitioner is a real work of art, she talks at you and doesnt know how to listen to your concerns. My husband had been a patient there for over 3 yrs he have had to find another Dr for my husband because he refused to take thier bs drug test and was dismissed all this only after asking them why they were giving him shots in his lower back when he has never had issues with his lower back. I have the lower back pain and his is in his neck. It basically comes down to the fact the mixed up our charts and started giving him shots to his lower back and now is is starting to have problem in is back where up till now it has only been his neck. I can not stress enough pay attention to your health and your medical records. I did but before i could do anything about it my husband ended up with an injury do to them not paying enough attention. The have way to many patients and not enough great Dr's.
minus 100 star's,they aren't any thing but drug dealer's,charge for thing's they don't do,only doctor i seen was Dr. poter and he agreed with me,but of course he was gone a few days later,and the owner was doing doctors things even though he lost his medical practices back in 1013,he as his wife,and she never there,and when she is,she yells at the staff for doing their job,and when the doctor treats you,you can come out worst for wear,he knows how bad some are but still give's out weak pain meds through Debbie
I wish I could rate a negative 0. This place is the worst, it is dirty, riped furniture and rude staff not to mention it is almost impossible to get someone to return your call
If you are having a procedure, plan on being here all day. I gave this place a chance three times and I will NEVER come back. The doctor I saw was absolutely awful. I have never seen a doctor, or anyone that I have an appointment with, leave multiple times in the middle of MY procedure to answer their cell phone. On top of that, he would stop my procedure randomly to call in other people to complain about other patients and have staff meetings. I felt so uncomfortable being forced to listen to all that and I couldn't do anything about it because I'm stuck on a table with needles in my back. My whole reason for coming was because I have terrible back pain. It hurts to lay flat on my stomach. I know it's necessary to be on my stomach during the injection, but I can't believe how long I was unnecessarily left like that, for sometimes up to an hour, because the doctor has no compassion and has better things to do that treat the patient he's currently with. I also understand that my rear end needs to be exposed during the procedure, but do you not have any consideration for your patients? I felt so dehumanized being exposed for 45 minutes waiting on the doctor while a bunch of people would come and go. I also don't care how long you've been doing this, focus on your patient. He told me that any slight movement could make him screw up and cause permanent damage and yet he wasn't focused on me at all. He kept leaving and when he came back, he would call in people and yell at them. The last thing any patient wants is an angry, distracted doctor sticking needles in their back that could potentially paralyze them. After the first two visits, I opted to not be sedated because I wasn't allowed to eat or drink anything the night prior. And because I wasn't seen until 2-3 hours after my appointment the first two visits, I was stuck starving in the lobby. So to me, the sedation isn't worth it. I'm not the type of person to complain, but I don't want anyone to have to go through what I have had to put up with. I guarantee you will be waiting for hours for terrible service. It's a real shame because the rest of the staff was very friendly and compassionate each time (and it seemed like the staff was different each visit, I can't imagine why)
I've never been there after the view reviews I'll never be there this place should be shut down with all the bad reviews the people that has went there and got poor service on your health and your injections you need to turn these people into the medical board
This place is a nightmare !!! Very unprofessional! While I’m laying on the table with my ass in the wide open no gown, then have you pull your pants down and get on a homemade operating table with a hold literally cut out for your face, with duck tape on it, they couldn’t find my chart, couldn’t remember where to put the injection, the staff are arguing with each other about wanting to hurry up and go home, while the intire time I’m lying there thinking, what am I doing here? I’m in worse pain! The shots are horrible, your inworse pain afterwards!! This place is a joke!! I’ve been there twice and I’ve never seen the doctor. I’ve been told from other ppl there that I never will. It’s a scam to get your money from the insurance company. Wants it runs out then what..I’m looking else where!! The place is dirty, the furniture is ripped up!!! A drug test every time you go there!! I feel like cattle, there not in the business to help you that’s for sure!!!!!
Where do I begin this place is beyond a joke! My story: just over 2 years ago diagnosed with cancer stage 2 lymphoma, completed 6 rounds chemo and been in remission ever since! Bad news: chemo left me in chronic widespread body pain mostly in the back and arms. I have been to regular doctors, neurologist, and I get massages regularly. I have had mri’s done, ct scans etc...none can find a reason for pain I experience. So that being said I was referred to this pain clinic and I did read all reviews but thought eh it can’t be that bad. Well yeah it is, the building is run down, all furniture is tearing apart, and 90% of the staff is rude. Deborah the main nurse will examine you for maybe 5 min and schedule you for injections without explaining why. They space out procedures and injections every 2 weeks so basically if you have to have sciatic injections you will get a series of 3 rounds spaced out over 6 weeks. They want your insurance money till it is gone! You won’t see a dr until you get the procedure done and they don’t go over discharge instructions unless you ask them. Every time you go in you will get drug tested and if you don’t have good insurance or you question how you have to keep coming back every 2 weeks you will “fail” a test. I only take what they prescribe which was 5 mg oxycodone without Tylenol and they said they found dilaudid in my system. I said impossible my company tests me as well and only what you guys give me shows up... showed them proof, they didn’t care. I hate taking meds I kept going back to these guys in hopes injections might start working. I am done with these hacks, I will continue to find a dr. Who can find a solution... very frustrating. Oh one last big thing...it does not matter what time they give you an appointment, they schedule everyone at once regardless if it’s a procedure or a check up with Deborah. I have waited up near 5 hrs for an appointment! So if you like waiting for hours to be be seen, enjoy taking a full day every 2 weeks to be at an appointment, and love sub par care for procedures than this is the place for you! Unfortunately there are addicts out there that won’t care what I write because they want pills, but I hope this review will help someone who genuinely needs pain management! God bless everyone!
This is the most direst place I ever went to for health care. The NP is uncaring rude and not professional at all. I also was made to take the 💉 as well. This was my very first time ever to have this procedure done. One hour after they're done, I started to experience bad pain in my neck and arms. When I called back to complain, they told me to come back the next day to get some pain relief. I go back they give me 126 ultrams that needed pre-authorization. Which means I had to wait another week before I got some type of relief. In which I didn't get. This past Saturday I was admitted to the hospital and this morning I'm having emergency back surgery! My advise don't go to this clinic.
I like the staff nice but I feel I got cheated I gave been going there a while an bamb they say found cocain in my system that is a big lie I don't do shi ? So they just say u don't get them no Moore I only get vike 5 like a aspirin what a joke don't go there good luck
I am searching for a new pain clinic for my mother and thought Dublin would be great bc it is so close to home. WOW! After reading the reviews I'm not taking my mother anywhere near this place. These ppl should be investigated for insurance fraud. I mean every single review is advising you to run far away from this place. I'm glad I read the reviews before submitting my mother to this place.
