I recently placed a small order for a few shirts and tanks with my company's logo. Wanted something to wear at trade shows that's actually a nice women's fit. DSPE let me come by and try on a few styles before placing order. When they arrived, two looked great one did not- some cracking on the logo and stretching from machine. They said the stretching would wash out but I was concerned the cracking would only get worse after a wash. DSPE offered to run a new one and ultimately left me feeling very taken care of. Thanks for the great service!

I've procrastinated on leaving my review and I apologize to Denver Screen Print and Embroidery for the delay. Several months ago, we planned a trip to Denver for a visit with local family, one of whom had just went through a major brain surgery. I had purchased a tee shirt from another company as a gift that read "A brain tumor messed with the wrong chick". The day we were to leave Reno on our trip, the tee shirt arrived and I was horrified upon opening the package. Some of the words were the same color as the shirt fabric and although not depicted on the website, this resulted in the lettering basically disappearing on the shirt resulting in "A brain tumor chick". I decided to bring the shirt with us after all and find out if there was anyone in Denver that could rescue my gift. Denver Screen Print and Embroidery did just that and I will be forever grateful for their help. Although I was a spur of the moment, walk in customer that needed the shirt by the next day, and despite having a large order they were working on, Denver Screen Print and Embroidery took my shirt and had it ready early the next morning and it couldn't have been more perfect!! I wish I had a picture to share. These guys made me very happy!! Thank you again for all your help!!
