When it came time to make decisions regarding my breast reconstruction options, I made appointments with multiple Austin plastic surgeons. I figured I'd connect with one of them, and I'd know the one who was perfect for me. The last surgeon I saw was none other than Dr. Potter. Immediately, I was struck by her friendliness. I was freaked out already, so her easy manner was calming and reassuring. We clicked, and I knew that I was in good hands. We talked a while, she offered some information and ideas, and she didn't pressure me into anything. I left her office feeling good about my breast reconstruction options and I called to schedule the next step with her. I can't say enough about her. She is an artist. A genius in the OR. A professional in every sense of the word. My husband couldn't be with me during my first reconstruction procedure, and he really felt bad about it, but I told him not to worry. "I've got this," I said. "I don't need you waiting in the lobby if I've got Dr. Potter in the OR with me." For the first time EVER, I did not have "worse case scenario" thoughts or a dark cloud hanging over me before a breast cancer surgery. Many of my friends in the cancer community have seen her also, and everyone I know raves about her - because she simply is the best. She was the silver lining of my cancer experience, and because I respect her so much, I now do much of the writing for her practice. If there's anything that ever needs "fixing" again, she's definitely my choice.

I recently completed three cosmetic procedures with Alissa Saenz at Dr. Elizabeth Potter’s practice. Never having done this before, I went into my initial consult with a goal to look “refreshed” but I did not have any specific procedures in mind. Dr. Potter’s office is very welcoming. It is efficiently run and my appointment was taken on-time which I always really appreciate. Alissa herself was very friendly and open. She spent quite a bit of time listening to my specific concerns and desires before making any treatment suggestions. She was very careful to provide options that would target my specific concerns and do so in a conservative manner. After careful discussion, I decided to go ahead with a small amount of Botox, fillers to soften my nasolabial folds, and a series of mild chemical peels to address some Melasma on my forehead and cheeks. Alissa carefully explained each procedure to me, as well as the kind of results and risks I could expect with each. I returned the next week to undergo the treatments. Alissa worked quickly and efficiently and with a good bedside manner. I am very happy with the results. I look well rested and refreshed and the overall effect is very natural. I will certainly be back and can recommend Alissa and Dr. Potter without hesitation.

Dr. Potter and her staff (Geysha, Sally, Rachel, Lauren, Sarah, Jessica, and Lisa) are outstanding! Words are not enough to express how pleased I am with the quality of care and the results of this journey! As a two-time breast cancer patient/survivor, I was completely rattled at the prospect of undergoing radical surgery and treatment. Not knowing much about breast reconstruction, I scheduled a consult with Dr. Potter; I must say I didn’t look any further—Dr. Potter is DEFINITELY a rare find! Dr. Potter listened and was acutely attentive to my concerns regarding previous surgical experiences. Her personable, professional, and calm demeanor put my mind at rest! I have had SO many compliments from friends and family on how much the reconstruction results looked natural and youthful. My experience with Dr. Potter and her staff was top-notch! As such, I would HIGHLY recommend her to my mother or sisters, should they face similar circumstances. I am so thankful for the care and commitment she shows to her patients. She really is one-of-a-kind.

I am beyond satisfied concerning my experience with Dr. Potter and every person in her office. Dr. Potter, her PA, the nurse, the assistant who took my photos, every person, every step of the way were amazing. I felt as if they truly cared about me as an individual, understand what this meant for me, and are amazingly open. Not only that, but Dr. Potter and her staff do not settle for anything less than the best for every single patient, every step of the way. I am very picky, as I am sure others are when selecting a provider for healthcare procedures, and I felt and feel totally confident and at ease with Dr. Potter and her staff. That means quite a bit to me.
