Dr. Barber served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery or Chief of Surgery at Piedmont Hospital for 16 years. He also served as President of the Atlanta Surgical Association.

Amazing! Dr. Barber has the hands of a surgeon that are guided by God. His bedside manner is outstanding. While I pray that I never have to go through BC or any other cancer again my journey was incredible and it started with Dr. Barber and I am grateful to him and his staff.
I have been a patient of his for almost twenty years and Dr. Barber is kind, professional, smart and very caring. He and his colleagues are the best!

I am coming up on the two year anniversary of my double mastectomy with Dr. Barber. I can not convey how fortunate I was to have him as my doctor. He is absolutely so caring and supportive. He has a great staff working with him as well. I wasn't in the Piedmont system with my PCP and OB/Gyn but chose him based off an friend's recommendation. It was a seamless process because he sent every chart immediately to both doctors. Best decision ever.
