Hello. My name is Adam and I’m providing a review for my father Paul. First, I would like to mention that the doctors and staff do a wonderful job of calming down someone’s concerns and fear and because of that, my father drives all the way from San Antonio to be treated by them. Secondly, even though I have expressed the last sentence regarding their easing of the mind, they do such a great and wonderful job of treating my father’s issues because my father is a truck parts salesman and lifts drums, brakes and boxes that are sometimes over a 100 lbs. But when, he gets a treatment, it lasts for 2 weeks until his next one so every time he leaves the doctor and staff, he feels relaxed, rejuvenated and more importantly, pain-free for a good time. Next, we cannot express enough about their friendly and kind disposition when working with their clients. This great customer service, transcends beyond the normal sense of client/provider relationship. Finally, and most importantly, their mission and philosophy of helping others either in practice or visitors remains “unmatched” to this date of my father’s opinions and judgments of them and it’s worth the drive from San Antonio to receive “high-quality care and service” from an outstanding Chiropractic Moral Agent. On my personal side of accompanying my father, their so kind that they allow me to have a cup of coffee while waiting for my father and also, I enjoy the daily inspirational quotes they post on the wall. I hope this recommendation and feedback helps and enlightens everyone that sometimes rich people are not found in the things they have or do but rich in how people are treated even when somebody is down on their luck and First Chiropractic is the epitome of sincere compassion and treatment towards not only the clients but most importantly, to the community.
(I originally posted this on a Foot Leveler ad on this Facebook Site) It is amazing this post was created at the exact time and day of my left total hip replacement in New Braunfels. My left hip started becoming painful in in 1993, at 33, after a life of football, basketball, softball, volleyball, and rock climbing. I lived with the pain until 2003, when I met Dr. Wottrick at First Chiropractic Austin. He took X-rays and identified that my left leg (I’m left handed/legged)...
I first came to First Chiro a few years ago, I was in excruciating pain with slipped and bulging cervical disks and desperate for relief. I could not be more thankful for our friends Dr, Wottrich and Stephanie for helping me to heal! I’m now halfway through my second pregnancy and bringing my daughter in too- they are always invested in our well being and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you First Chiro!
