Horrible! The nurse is beyond rude. I was 10 minutes late after driving 2 hours for my appointment, there were no other patients there, I was asked WHY I didn't call & I explained there was a wreck & I wasn't going to endanger MY life or others lives by being on my cell phone & driving. They refused to give me my medical records & told me I could wait and possibly be seen or reschedule. Extremely rude. Would never recommend this office to anyone that has RA or any other illness because they treat you like crap.

I haven't even got to go in to experience the level of unprofessionalism from the receptionist Emma (hope she is not a nurse). I was bluntly lied to about getting another referral after missing two appointments. First was having two under 2 and completely slipped my mind that I needed to reschedule my referring doctors appointment. Second was a death in my family. So went to my referring doctor and told me my referral was good for another year. After getting my husbands busy schedule in hand with a date doable a month out I called to schedule. In which I was told the opposite.. so I asked if they recorded phone calls and she said yes. She is extremely rude and unprofessional and am glad I haven't stepped foot in that office to experience first hand this immature level of behaviour. I called my referring doctor and made sure they knew about the front end representation this "practice" portrays. Also called and left a vm about her and will be getting in touch with the hr department and writing a formal letter to dr collins. If you have been referred please ask for a different rheumatologist. This is a suppose to be a office that deals with the future of ones health. Instead they are more worried about money, than the patients.

It's disappointing to read such harsh comments on the staff at Dr. Collins office. My personal experience has been nothing short of wonderful. His nurse Lizzy has always been so kind, down to earth and helpful. Dr. Collins has the ability to make you feel hopeful and confident that you are working with an educated, empathetic, determined physician.

I have been blown off by rheumatologists for ten years, but Dr. Collins took the time to figure out what was going on with a atypical case like mine. The staff is wonderful. I have no idea why anyone would say they were unprofessional. I have never experienced anything close to that.

I would like to tell everyone reading this, Dr. Collins, nurse Lizzie & staff take great pride in serving all patients with great care. I have been a patient for several years. Dr Collins has done an outstanding job of restoring my quality of life. The whole staff does wonderful job of their professional services. I would, I do, & always will recommend their services to anybody in need.

Well I read a few of the negative reviews and to be honest, I am not sure if they are talking about the same practice. The staff was awesome, friendly and accommodating. They even called and checked on how busy Premier radiology was and did all of my check in stuff prior to me getting there. The office is clean and inviting. They were prompt and the doctor was on time for his appointment. I was there when instructed and I was attended to immediately. Dr. Collins is very nice. EXCELLENT bedside matter. I think he knows his stuff and is direct and to the point. He spent 45 minutes with me and LISTENED and he asked questions to determine the right path. I was very impressed. I have a follow up visit next week. He really made me feel comfortable and appreciated for being his patient.

This practice is hands down the absolute best medical facility I’ve ever been to. Every medical office should take notes from this Dr and his staff. From the beginning process of my appointment being made, obtaining new Patient paper work via email to walking in the front door, the process was smooth and everything was explained in great detail. Eric at the front desk is very personable, kind and answered all and any questions that I had for him and made sure that everything with my insurance was as it should be and got me back very fast. Once I was back the nurse was very knowledgeable, kind and put any fears I had to ease. She went above and beyond her job description to make sure that everything was taken care of for me. The lady that took my blood was very kind and did her job exceedingly well!! The Doc... he was absolutely outstanding. He was very kind, knowledgeable far outside his scope of practice. He took his TIME to sit and LISTEN to everything I had to say and explained EVERYTHING in great detail!! There just aren’t doctors out there anymore quite like this. I will never go anywhere else. This office needs an award. It is far and few between that you find service like what was presented to me today at my visit with such a wonderful staff and doctor that truly care and gave their undivided attention. I would recommend anyone of all age ranges to this office! Thank you Dr. Collins and staff for making the not so fun things in life a bit lighter and a wonderful experience when it comes to medical care! I appreciate you all!
