As a rheumatologist, Dr. Baker is both a detective and a manager but above all, she is a committed long-term partner to her patients.

Dr. Baker and her staff have saved my life. In my prayers I always thank God for connecting us. For once I feel I have someone who understands and truly cares about my well-being and health. Through the thick and the thin Dr. Baker has always maintained a positive outlook and progressive thought process that has truly influenced the care and respect I give my own treatment. She and her staff leave no stone un-turned and they listen. It’s not all text book in this office. It’s about your health but also your quality of life. She is a blessing to me and a blessing to medicine.
Dr. Baker has been my doctor for over 10 years. I credit her with ability to live a great life despite having RA. She is always available as is her wonderful staff. I would recommend her to anyone!

I am new to seeing Dr. Baker but have found her to be extremely professional, extremely intelligent, and most of all, extremely caring. At our first appointment, she saw me immediately, was helpful in her comments, and followed up by phone promptly to discuss my results. I hope to be her patient for a long time and have told friends about her practice.
I couldn’t get past the initial phone call to schedule as a new patient. Placed on hold 5 times in between the front desk telling me she charges $750-1,000 an hour, on top of $350 annual one time admin fee. How do I even know I’m going to be her permanent patient...why would I pay the fee. I may never need to comeback to her again. I would of liked a consultation before being asked for this annual fee. Triple check that your insurance will cover this visit. As an out of pocket expense could be extremely costly.
Dr. Susan Baker is an angel sent from heaven. She has been my doctor for for over 10 years and I am so grateful. Dealing with a chronic disease can be very scary but her and her team have always made me feel at ease and given me the best care. She always has knowledge of the latest treatments available and is always open to hearing the unconventional ways that I love exploring. You can tell she loves what she does and sincerely cares about her patients. I have only positive things to say and highly recommend her to anyone that I feel could benefit from her amazing practice.
Dr. Baker is AMAZING!!!! Best doctor in town! So kind and so caring! Not an alarmist! Spends so much time with me at each appointment. I highly recommend her!!!
