Very poor service.. they do not take any responsibilities.. very long waiting for any treatment..if something goes wrong they will not answer your question.. they will pretend like they are kindergarten students...my reference is for Birth Center department..
I want to say a great big THANK YOU to the AMAZING professionals at Duke Health! My Mother received the best care ever from Dr. Sampson, and his team! Every nurse was perfect, but our favorite was Elizabeth, 8W Neurosciences Floor. (I hope she sees this!) I have never been in a hospital with such attentive, caring staff, and I am overwhelmed at how God healed her through these special people! Thank you for all you do! 💙
