Have a new business and they have many different products to help me get the word out. I got t-shirts with my logo on it, pens for my staff, and a hat for my dad!

Surprised to see the bad reviews. Their service was nothing short of fantastic. The owner is a very nice woman, our shirts were done on time and looked great. Will definitely be using them again!

Working with Linda and crew has been great! They do everything from Uniforms to Mugs, and they are professional, fast and friendly. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to create some unique promotional products.

Shirts always come out beautiful. I prefer working directly with the owner. Some employees I have dealt with seem really lost & confused and don't listen to direction.

Great local business. Very communicative, orders completed on time and the most beautiful embroidery work on quality products. We have used them for several years for multiple products (dress shirts, tshirts, polos, jackets).

Dropped off jackets on the 16th with a dropdead date to pick up on the Friday thr 30th for a party on Sat December 1. Showed up at aboit 11 am on the 30th and was told they are not ready but embroiderer would be in “around noon”. The problem is they didn’t know when my jackets will be ready because the embroiderer comes in around noon and the employee cant guarantee after he comes in when they will get done. I agree if you don’t do anything for two weeks and you wait till the final day to do the work it’s hard to provide a pick up time. That is the problem. I spoke to the owner who was clear that she was doing me a favor by returning my call at 6:30 on Friday when I was simply trying to express that you shouldnt run a business by telling people they can pick up their product by the end of business when you don’t even know when it’s going to be done on the day of pick up. I as others would have assumed it would have been done on the 29th and ready to pick up on the 30th not done on Friday the 30th when they decide it will be done sometime in the afternoon and then are closed on Saturday and Sunday. The owner related to me that it would have only taking 1/2 hour to an hour to do the work but I was most disappointed in the owner‘s response as she continually talk over me and she missed the whole point of running a business on a deadline and hoping someone could be available to swing over to pick up the products sometime after the worker comes in at noon to get started on your job. Would have rather heard I’m sorry for the misunderstanding we are clearly experiencing growing pains and we will do a better job of explaining pick up availability next time. It kills me to write my first one star review but I think the owner sealed it when she continually talked over me and couldn’t understand how someone would expect their products to be completed after two weeks the day it was due not the same day by closing when you have no clue when that will be AND your closed Sat snd Sun. I will do business elsewhere in the future not because of the air but mainly because of the owner’s response.

The staff was very nice and helpful in the beginning. We received our shirts and we loved them, that's what the 2 stars are for. Unfortunately, two of the shirts had the wrong names for the wrong size shirts, which is an obvious mistake because there was only one name with only size small shirts made and one name with only size medium shirts. We contacted them to let them know of the issue. Instead of resolving it and giving us the correct shirts, they informed us that they made a mistake with our account and we actually have an outstanding balance of about $130, even though we had paid the balance in full upon receiving the merchandise. We said no problem, make us the correct shirts and add two new names to the shirts and we'll take care of it. It has been months now, and we have not been contacted since. We called them today in hopes of resolving the issue but unfortunately were not able to. The sales girl informed us that the owner would contact us at 12 to resolve the matter. It is now 3PM and we still have not heard back. EmbroidMe is a franchise, so you're not really dealing with the owner. We were planning on using them to make hats but since this experience, we found a locally owned embroidery shop, with better pricing and better customer service. They will be getting our business from here on out.
