I have seen him for years now and can say he is the best in Austin ! He was the only Dr. able to diagnose my brother's two head and neck cancers in 2 States and he is always so intuitive as to what he believes is a patients health issue. He performs or orders the correct tests to make sure he has covered everything. My brother would not be here if it were not for Dr. Fyfe. He also took exceptional care of my daughter. She had to have a lobe of her Thyroid removed and he did an excellent job and made her feel so very calm. He is now working with me with several issues and I know I am in the best hands. Also if he feels he is slightly unsure of a diagnose he will do all that is necessary to verify exactly what the issue is. He is usually always right just based on experience and a great knowledge base. My family will never see anyone but him because we are in the best hands !!! He has a lovely staff as well !!
Great staff, The Dr. Was wonderful. He has a great bedside manner. The wait time how ever was way to long I almost left, for a person who suffers from anxiety sitting a long time it's very hard.
Not sure why appointments are made? Asked if they knew how far behind schedule they were at 30 mins past my scheduled appointment time. Clerk said "my chart was next". Left 10 minutes later. Not sure why this is deemed acceptable in medical field.
Dr. Fyfe REALLY knows his stuff!! I went in about November of last year because my throat had gone to being raspiness to no voice at all. My mother (thank you, Mom ❤️) suggested that I go see someone in Austin, so I requested online BEST ENT doctors in Austin, Texas, and there was Dr. Fyfe. He did surgery one me twice and found out I had Squamish Cell Carcinoma (Stage One). He IMMEDIATLY called a buddy (that he plays tennis with), Dr. Shannon Cox at Austin Cancer Center and they hooked me radiation in 2 weeks. I just now have been cleared of cancer!!! Without Dr. Fyfe, I wouldn't be here, thank you, Dr. Fyfe ENT!!!
I've worked in the medical profession and I am very picky about Doctors. Dr. Fyfe is wonderful. He did surgery on my sinuses and I had absolutely no problems and such relief afterwards. Can't say enough.
Dr. Nason is incredible! Although he doesn't specialize in pediatrics, he was fantastic with our 14 month old when he had ear tubes. I can't recommend him enough!
I am a patient of Dr. Fyfe and i have seen both Dr. Nason and Dr. Young as well. I have never been so pleased with and ENT until now! The doctors spend so much time with you, and provide such thorough care to each and every patient! I had my adenoids removed and i can finally breathe again! I will continue to visit this office because of the amazing way the whole office staff and doctors made me feel. I'm enternally grateful for the entire staff at ENT Specialists of Austin! Thank you all so much for taking care of me! :)
I was referred here by my pediatrician to get an evaluation for ear tubes for my infant daughter who is having recurrent ear infections that do not seem to resolve with antibiotics. Gave them my insurance information and scheduled an appointment. On the DAY of the appointment they called to tell me they don't take the insurance I had given them 2 weeks prior. I wasted two weeks waiting for an appointment when they could have verified my eligibility much earlier. Now we're in line to be seen at another practice but my poor daughter will have to wait even longer to be evaluated. I just have no patience for this kind of disorganization. Put a review here and on Dr. Nasom's profile. Hope they realize how this sort of seemingly small thing can really affect patient lives. I look forward to better treatment elsewhere.

This is the best ENT in town IMO. Friendly staff and Dr. Fyfe spends his time to explain everything to you. Their office is also quite advanced in technology compared to other ENTs. Highly recommended
