Probably my best office experience ever. New patient paperwork was minimal. I was called back quickly and seen promptly after I was put in an exam room. Dr. An was quick and thorough.
It was the best experience one could hope for! We were referred to Dr. Cerenko by other ENTs as the one surgeon in Atlanta to handle a very difficult microsurgery. Dr. Cerenko and his nurse made my 16 year old son feel completely at ease. And in the end, they delivered the good news -- that he didn't need the surgery after all. I think they were (almost) as excited and relieved as we were - tears all around! It was an amazing and emotional visit with incredible medical professionals!
