Dr. Gould was patient, answered all my questions, and explained all aspects of the procedure. During the procedure, Dr. Gould told me exactly what he was going to do, which alleviated any stress on my part. I would strongly recommend Dr. Gould. In fact, I will now be sending my son to Dr. Gould for the same procedure.

Very kind and professional service. My Sinuses feel better than they have in a long time. With the current weather I would typically be in severe suffering from a sinus infection and it has been a month since surgery and I feel a slight pressure but nothing close to what I normally feel like. I would highly recommend anyone with sinus issues to see Dr. Gould.

I had a deviated septum and needed balloon dialation in addition to weekly allergy shots. This place, the staff and Dr Gould by far exceeded my expectations with both surgeries. Very kind, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and upbeat. Highly recommend to anyone needing any of these procedures. I don't normally leave reviews, but hands down they deserved the review. From my first visit to my follow up post-surgery, the staff and Dr. Gould were nothing but professional, friendly, and calming. Everyone seems in good spirits and ready to answer all your questions. Dr. Gould is one of the only doctors I've had who actually listens to your problems and spells out a plan to resolve your issues. He's very thorough with the evaluations: I had a scope in my nose for a primary evaluation, then a CT scan which showed a deviated septum, and an allergy test to account for environmental allergies. His goal is to hit all the bases and get you feeling "normal" again. I've had other ENTs who didn't get anywhere near this thorough, so this was a wonderful change. Today was my balloon sinuplasty and Kaitlin was instrumental in making me feel comfortable, listening to my questions, and providing a few laughs to help me relax. I highly recommend St. Louis Sinus Center and the staff. You'll be very glad you went!

I have not been able to breathe or smell my entire life. I did this 30 minute procedure. When I came out of the office everything was a 100%. I can breathe PERFECTLY through my nose. The procedure itself was not too uncomfortable it was similar to a Dennis visit and as far as recovery I'm on day 2 in its just a little painful. I would definitely recommend. I just had the most amazing experience of my life. I just woke up after my procedure with Dr gould and the rest of his staff yesterday. I am 28 years old and I've had issues with my sinuses as long as I can remember. I had no idea the vast amount of smells in the air alone. Every step of the way was pleasant and thorough with the sinus center. It's only been 18 hours since my procedure and I'm not even fully recovered.

Dr. Gould performed a septoplasty and the balloon dilation procedure on me over a month ago. I am so glad I had this done! I have noticed my sense of smell is better, I sleep better (I have dreams now!), and my heart rate has even decreased to a more normal rate! It had always been a little higher than normal. I haven't had a sinus or ear infection since the procedures, and it's allergy season. I am expecting this to continue based on others' experiences with Dr. Gould. I have to agree with the other reviews. He and his staff are great!
