They replaced all four of my tires since my vehicle is all wheel drive. I'm happy they are brand new. I'm just nervous about them since it seems my car now slides on the interstate sometimes. It didn't do that before.

The staff is friendly and that’s where the pros end. I took My car for an oil change for a scheduled appointment. I waited An hour and a half for them to do an oil change. Walk ins that came in around the same time I did left with their cars ready before I did, One woman even got new tires. In addition to the extensive time an oil change took, they charged well above what I have Ever paid for a oil change. Even compared to another Firestone in the suburbs - such a RIP OFF. Highly suggest not going here unless it’s an emergency and there’s no where else to go (even then, I wont Be back). If you think you’re getting a “good deal” here, I suggest you call other places to check. I’d bet they are up charging their services just like they did an oil change.

Joe and Henry helped me out and were very polite. Switched over to winter tires for the season and they were professional and kind.

Let me start with the highs to this facility: 1. Knowledgeable and courteous staff 2. Fairly decent selection of tires and services 3. Clean and put together unlike most places 4. Accessible location to where I live Lows for me pertaining to this facility: 1. Expensive, if you are trying to replace your tires like I needed. I was able to replace mine at Costco for a good $300 cheaper. 2. On one of my visits, the staff had offered to get my cars inspection done by noon but took way past noon for it to get done. 3. You will most likely not get an appointment for a same day visit, so you have to plan ahead.

Great staff. They are very popular, so it may be a wait at times. But that's the curse when so many people love you. My visit was really great. I needed a new battery. They took care of in with 30 minutes on a Saturday. That was amazing.

I waited 1,5 hours for just oil change. At the check out I got a delivery receipt and noticed that I needed 4 more things to be done like brake fluid exchange and more... but nobody approached to me while they were changing my oil. They just ignored that. So I need to go again somewhere else to have that other staff done! What a waist of time!

I was in this location a few weeks ago for a tire repair. Unfortunately, I had another puncture in the same tire today. They got my truck in quickly and fixed the same tire again. Free of charge this time!

Needed help with air for my tires. Marco took the time to educate me about tire air pressure during the winter months. He expressed concerns about the front driver side tire which seemed to have a slow leak because the air pressure was a lot lower than the other tires. I suspected that but it felt great to have a professional advise me. Hadn't planned to stop at Firestone tonight but I will go there on my next off day to repair my slow leak. Thank you, Marco.

First, I want to say it make no sense to have a store manger that lack communication with customers. It’s very frustrating for Miguel G to give me a price of $175 in person in told me that would be the price. The total price when I arrived was $216. Then when I arrived to get the service done he hurry up in rushed my car in to get it service. I noticed that the price was much higher when I checked out. So I asked Henry can I used a coupon I got offline from Firestone website he told me “No”. The coupon states you can get $20 dollars off for any service that’s over $100 if you a credit holder. I am a credit card holder. So I wasn’t sure why I wasn’t allowed to used the coupon. I asked to speak to Miguel about my total, because he gave me a different price when I was there at 6am. Miguel refused to speak with me in told Henry he was busy that he couldn’t talk. As a paying customer, I am very upset with the service I received today. I can not continue to suffer through this nuisance so I am appealing to you this resolve this matter. I will hope that no one else received this treatment as I did as a paying customer. What’s the purpose of being a credit card holder in not be able to receive or use coupons? That doesn’t make sense

I called Firestone auto shop ahead of time and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating over the phone. Upon arrival, I was at first concerned because of the long line. However, the staff quickly called me up and listened to my request, went out of his way to inspect my car immediately - in the freezing rain without hesitation, and made sure I was fully satisfied with his inspection, analysis, and service. I am thoroughly impressed and highly recommend you bring your car to Firestone Auto Shop for service! It is well worth the long line - and for good reason
