Plain out rude customer service
First time using them and they ripped a hole in my dress shirt in the chest. They require a receipt for any claims above $25 so I will not be getting a full refund for the shirt that they ripped. Also, my tie had a stain on it when I got it back. Only got 2 stars because the guy behind the counter was very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault that my shirt was ripped & that I wasn't getting a full refund.
We have been using Fox Cleaners regularly for several years and have always been pleased with their work and their service.

A very clean and professional place. They have a very useful app that lets you pay before you pick-up AND it has coupons! They got my husband's 4 shirts and 2 suits done within 24hrs and the pricing was pretty responsible.
