NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME. Unprepared and unqualified Doctors. Be prepared to wait almost 2h, even if you have an appointment. Also, it doesn't matter if you're the first in line at 9am, they still make you wait about 2h. Dr. Erick is an unqualified and unprepared doctor that does not measure the consequences of his actions and does not have the best interest of the patients at heart.

I met Dr. Erick Alvarez, MD with Gonzaba Medical Group and I saw immediately the passion they have in caring for seniors.I recently referred a personal friends to Gonzaba Medical Group and Dr. Erick assisted them with care in the home and was able to help them review their long term care policy. Every time I see my friend she talks about how kind and caring Dr. Erick was in a time of great need.

Do not waste your time going here. The doctors here suck! Came in with a sinus infection and only got a lecture about the evils of antibiotics. Doctors don't get paid to be the antibiotics police. I needed meds to get back to work ASAP. Do not go here.

Everyone in my family has been seen by Dr. Erick Alvarez and his amazing and caring staff. His bedside manner is stellar, he is realistic, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, wise, and hilarious. His attitude is that we take a good look at what state we are in, and then we start fixing what we can and figure out how to be the best with the rest. He is a real healer.

It's so difficult trying to reach this location. I've tried calling several times for three days and leaving a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. It's just really difficult to get ahold of this office. They also take a long time to give back results for blood work. The doctors are really good the front desk not so much.

This place is a mess. Front desk staff are very short with you, rude and lack any kind of empathy. Prepare to wait for hours, even with an appointment. Been a patient for a couple of years and I have been victim to the decline of care this place has turned into. They do not care about you. They just want you in and out. Don't ask enough questions, don't spend enough time with patients causing me to be misdiagnosed twice. They don't know what they're doing there!
