For pain relief there are a lot of doctors who claim to be running pain management practices. Many of them have turned out to be simply interested in prescribing more and more medications. The physicians at Chicago Sports and Spine have been compassionate care givers. When it comes to back pain, knee pain treatment or any other kind of pain, I am glad that I trust them.

The office is professional, warm, and polite. When issues come up with scheduling conflicts and the like, my doctor and staff work hand in hand to take care of me as a patient and always let me know what my options are with respect and courtesy. I'm more than satisfied with my treatment and care. Chicago Sports and Spine is a fine example for medical establishments in the city of Chicago as well as the rest of the world.

Here's what I really like - From the first visit, their's goal has been to see me as little as possible. Each session, they spends time teaching me skills specific to my lifestyle that will help prevent me from having to see him. By following is advice, I've eliminated the original pain that caused my visit, gained significant range of motion in my back and neck.Highly recommended.

I love the environment at Chicago Sports and Spine. Very different from other pain management locations I have been to. Very inviting and looks nothing like a medical facility. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Doctors aren't pushy and treats you with respect and care. One of the best facilities for sports medicine and pain management in Chicago!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Baljinder Bathla, and the Chicago Sports and Spine and his staff. If you are looking for someone that understands pain, and someone that can help with your pain, then this is the place. Dr. Bathla is well experienced, and educated in his field. He has a well understanding what pain is, and compassion for what his patient is experiencing. I cannot say enough, or thank him enough for helping me through all this pain. Thank you Dr. Bathla.

Awesome sports medicine facility! Was willing to travel here from New England because of the things I heard about Chicago Sports & Spine, and I couldn't have been happier I did. They did such a great job with the actual procedure I needed. It made recovery SO much faster and easier. Definitely use these guys! Especially if your close to chicago as it is

While the doctor is kind, patient, and I have no complaints about him, his office staff member Eileen called me today and explained they wouldn't see me any longer because my benefits ran up. I explained to her the situation and why this was incorrect but she insisted that she had already spoken to billing and that what she was saying was correct and that what I was saying was incorrect. Fast forward to me frantically making four other phone calls to people who knew what they were speaking about and one of those people calling their billing department. Rather than making these calls themselves as I asked, they made me do all of the additional calling and work to prove that they were wrong. We even tried to speak to the office manager, Michelle, but she seemed to blame me for being hostile to Eileen, the person who, as I'll remind everyone, told us we could no longer be seen by the physician midway through our care. In the end, this turned out to be incorrect and the office will not even issue a partial apology for making the mistake of not reading the billing paperwork correctly. They instead want to blame their injured patient for being "hostile," which is equivalent to standing up for yourself and asking questions. I wish the physician the best as he navigates his office staff's attitudes. His staff is insistent on driving patients to other physicians.

Re-posting this as Google removed my previous review. The office staff here were rude to us and refused to see us on our fourth appointment, despite us calling and trying to figure out the issue and miscommunication with the office manager. The doctor was excellent that we met with and it's a shame that his business is being ruined by his front desk staff and office managers. I will happily keep re-posting my review until Google decides to leave it posted. I have been seen three times by this office and I can adequately attest to their services and professionalism.
