Referred to them by my primary doctor & refuses to help. Says only helps people with neck & back pain. Even though they sent me a packet to fill out now they refuse to help because pain behind the right side of face he doesn't help with. Asked where do I go then says,"I don't know?" Trash facility.

I was referred to Dr. Lo and was bitterly disappointed. I checked in right on time and he came out to the reception area and asked another pt. if she finished her questionaire. She said no and she told him that his 2pm appt. was here. He ignored me and took her to his office. He then came and got me 45 minutes later and never asked about my pain. He then ranted on about the medication I was on (from another pain clinic) and said he was going to cancel all of it. Which he did immediately with my primary care doctor as soon as I left the office. Don't go if you are allergic to dogs, he has 2 of them in his office. And, the parking is horrible due to the fact his building is right next to O'Conner Hospital. How can a doctor prescribe and or cancel medication to a patient he has never examined or asked about my fractured vertebrae? Oh, and he told me I was addicted. Not!

Dr. Lo has been treating me for three years now. He is one of the hardest working people I know. Dr. Lo is easy to talk to, straight forward, and does his best to accommodate my needs - even on short notice. In surgery, he calms me down, is efficient, & fast. He has dogs at the office - which is awesome: they are great for petting and stress release.
