I've been working with Dominic Farnan for the last few weeks and since I've been seeing him, I've been able to break through some plateaus in my recovery. I've found his knowledge of recovering from sports injuries to be excellent. The previous PTs I've worked with have been good for recovering basic functionality, but it's tricky to get back into playing shape. Dominic has a lot of experience working with athletes, so he tailored my program to focus on more sport-specific motions that made me feel like I was making real progress towards running and skating again.

Dr. Allen is a very knowledgable pain specialist. He is also easy to talk to and empathic. His physical therapists are a cut above any physical therapists whom I have previously worked with for my back pain. His office staff are pleasant and helpful. One of the best Doctors in the trade. The office has a very homey feel to it, not a typical doctors office. The staff is genuine and very nice. But, no doctor can top Dr. Allen. He has everything you look for in a Doctor. He will take his time to explain anything you do not understand, he cares about his patients and does not just think of them as numbers. I honestly recommend Dr. Allen to anyone. Just one visit and you will regret not going to him sooner.

Dr. Allen is a Great Doctor and has a wonderful staff. Dr. Allen works with you, as the patient, and helps you deal with any physical ailments you are facing. Dr. Allen takes the time to explain what is happening to you and he makes sure you understand as well. In addition to himself, Dr. Allen has both a Physical Therapist and Accupuncturist on staff to help the patient. Everything you need, Dr. Allen has in his office.

I was referred to Dr. Allen about two months ago for severe lower back pain. When I went for my consult I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and forthright. He took the time to thoroughly discuss my situation and the treatment options. I really liked how honest he was and him not pushing particular treatments. In the end, we decided on an epidural and the procedure went flawlessly with very little pain. Please note that I had previously received epidurals/shots from supposedly one of the top 10 doctors in the field a couple years ago and it was an extremely painful/awful experience. In fairness, it was performed at a teaching hospital so it was probably one of the interns instead of the Doctor I went there to see. Anyway, I would recommend Dr. Allen (and his staff) to any friend or family member.
